As a design professional, I love good design, and Tom’s team lived up to my high expectations. “We first decided what work was to be done and a contract was signed that was specific about the work so we both knew what to expect. The work requested was redo 2 bathrooms, replace front windows and back door and repair a shed. They began work when they stated they would and worked steady to finish on time. The workmen were considerate and told me what they were going to work on. I would hire them again without hesitation. I love the final result and pleased with the quality of the work.”

“We hired Joseph So's Solid Rock Custom Contstruction Company to refinish several hardwood floors in our house built in the 1920's including a Brazilian walnut parkay floor. He came in with a very reasonable bid to do the parkay floor, 15 steps to a second story, upstairs hallway and two bedrooms with closets. The job was done professionally and on time. They minimized dust, and cleaned up after. They also went beyond the normal in repairing some rough spots where hallway joined the bedroom. We were very happy and would highly recommend them!”

“Mark built our house in 2014 and we have a beautiful house, meeting all our expectations and more. We did while being out of state, through emails and pictures. It worked! The craftsmanship was outstanding. Building a house is a long sometimes challenging process and overall it went well. We had some up and down but that is totally expected for such a huge endeavor: asking a stranger to materialize the most expensive vision you ever had in your life... In the end it all worked out. He came back to fix a few things (which is normal) and we never had to pay or argue about it, he took care of it, no question, and that is special! I would totally work with him and his team again if we ever build another house. I would have no problem recommending him to my best friend or family. Great experience, great house, love living in it!”
