“We hired Good life home design to do our ADU. A first we had them do our plans. We interviewed several contractors and many of then didn’t seem so happy to have the plans for us, also didn’t want to give us a ballpark for the project. Ben was very nice and positive about the process, he warned us from the beginning that the plans can take up to 6 months to get approved. Luckily, we got it approved after 4 months. After the experience we had with this company during the plans, we felt super comfortable to go and continue to do the project with them. Same as the planning, also the actual project went smoothly and quickly. I’m very happy that this project went as planned and we can now use our ADU now, thank you guys for everything!”

I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”
