“Michael did an AMAZING job for us. One of the firms that we interviewed was an architect from the firm that designed the original job. He withdrew saying "your home is what it is, there's nothing that can be done to change it." Dakota Dawn gave us a whole new look with relatively minor exterior work. What they accomplished on the inside was remarkable. We would recommend them without reservation!”

“There isn't enough space here to tell you how happy we are with the professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to stand by their work and easy-to-work with qualities of Hazley Builders. This is a father and sons business and Mike Hazley Sr. believes keeping customers happy, even after they have completed the job, sets them apart from other contractors. He is right about that. They constructed a new addition for us that is handicap accessible (new sitting room, bathroom, dressing room and closet) and it is beautiful. They went the extra mile with so many things, like reinforced beams, extra insulation, etc. When we had a problem with the new toilet about 6 months after the renovation was completed, Mike's crew was here to solve the problem, which was a manufacturer's flaw. His workers were careful about heeling in bushes and other plants that I wanted to preserve which they had to dig up to pour a new foundation for the addition. They replanted them once construction was done and everything lived and is thriving. I could go on and on. My best recommendation is the number of times I have recommended Hazley Builders to friends, relatives and acquaintances.”

“Drew remodeled my entire kitchen along with two new double hung series energy package windows with capping. The kitchen looks 100% better! “I think most people write reviews when the work is just finished or even during the process. I wanted people to know that I purchased my new home about a year ago and taking care of various issues after the sale is done is extremely important to us. Kevin and his teams not only built our home, but they are also there for us when we need them. Some of these issues were not the responsibility of KD Builders but they took the time to help us solve these problems and in one case fixed it without charging us. Beyond their impressive expertise, every member of Kevin's team is friendly and a pleasure to work with. They proficiently address the issues and are able to clearly explain the process to a layman. In short, they are skilled, knowledgeable, and they really care about their clients. We highly recommend that you if you have a project for your home that you give them a call.”

“Over the last three years McLennan Contracting has completed three major renovation projects for us. All exceeded our expectations, were on time, and within budget. The work, all of excellent quality, included creating an open concept kitchen and living room, a major family room renovation, and a small attached apartment refresh. In the open concept project, the scope included the design and construction of a custom glass/oak/and steel railing, removing an interior wall, rerouting electric and air conditioning, and building a custom island. The family room project included a complete new ceiling with pot lights, new drywall, new outlets and switches, refacing a dated brick fireplace and installing a new granite hearth, and the conversion of a hinged interior door to a sliding barn door. Work in the apartment included closing up an existing door opening and installing a pocket door, installing pot lights and celling fans, and installing an in-wall electric fireplace. We have been very pleased with the price, the execution, and the workmanship of McLennan Contracting. We recommend them without reservation.”
