“So pleased with my new shower from Platinum Home Builders & Design! The process was so quick; I had my dream shower installed in A Few days ! I didn't think that was possible - I had the same shower tiled in '08 and it took nearly a month to install. I couldn't take looking at the moldy walls any longer - no matter how hard I cleaned nothing helped. I am so thankful for the Microban feature; it keeps my shower clean and keeps me protected. “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“We found Concept last year and they met with us and provided great 3D drawings and a complete schedule with costs for our 300 sq ft addittion off of our master bedroom. Started late June and now everythong is finally complete and signed off. After months of hard work and patience our home is finally back and beautuful! the addition has opened up so much for us and our is huge now! We cant say enough great and wonderful things about this team! When your dropping almost 6 figures down for a home remodel hire only the best. We got a great deal.”
