“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. “Can not say enough about Ron, owner of Westshore Homes and Renovations. Feel we won the lottery by choosing him as our builder. His attention to detail is second nature and has made our building process fun. He has a lot of experience and it shows. He's always available and is tremendous help in eliminating stress that often accompanies the building process. His ability to strategically stage a custom built home has been the biggest blessing. From moving the dishwasher to better accommodate convenience to eliminating closet doors as a way to create more workable space are just a couple to mention... Mistakes are inevitable when building, however having a professional eye that is able to catch and correct quickly is vital to help create a smooth building process for the customer. During our building process we had a tornado go down our street causing significant damage to just about every home... Our structure was virtually untouched. I credit this to the high quality material used and thorough workmanship. Ron even hired a private inspector who was more thorough than the one provided by the city. Ron exceeding all expectations. Our home is more beautiful then ever imagined! Not only beautiful, but also convenient and well organized. Choosing Ron was the best decision we made. He really helped us understand where to spend money to make the biggest difference and enhance the quality, the living and investment of our new home. We cannot thank him enough! He is the best! “We went back East in May, , leaving our Florida home to be remodeled in our absence. After interviewing many general contractors, my husband hired Rory Wilson for the task of remodeling our entire house which included 3 bathrooms, removing 3 walls, new kitchen, new ceramic floor throughout, adding a golf cart garage, extending the lanai 20 ft, new tile, picture window view, redoing landscape, and new entryway into the house! I have to add here that Rory rang our doorbell on the minute of every appointment on the nose! Yes, we left the house in the hands of Rory Wilson, assuming we would be back many times to check progress over the summer. Not to be..... We did not come back until 2 weeks ago because Rory had given us a schedule of daily activity , and updated us with pictures to the point that we were virtually " on sight". The house was not only done on time but well beyond any of our expectations. Superior Construction took care of every detail as if it was their home. We have had many projects with contractors and can attest to Rory being the contractor of our dreams. He is extremely Knowledgeable, professional, and receptive to all concerns. He listens to every word and gets the job done most efficiently, on time, and better than imagined, AND within budget. From the largest job to the smallest detail, such as shower glass door handles- he was amazing!!!! Entrust your house to this company and be rest assured your work will be completed 5 stars plus!!!!”

“I purchased a home build by Woody and JMiller Building Company. The home had already been built when I purchased it and after looking at many other new and older homes, I found this home to be unique and with a very good attention to detail. I looked at a lot of generic homes and found this house to have a lot of extras that others lacked... details that I thought made the home nicer and more secure. Woody also took it a step farther for us. Before moving in there were just a few left over items that needed to be completed and Woody stepped in before we moved in and afterwards to make sure that everything was done to our standards. He was proud of the home he built and really stood by his product, and I respect that and I am thankful for that. Especially because I live in the house full time!”
