“I almost missed the opportunity to work with Bigfoot Northwest. I had already verbally agreed to a bid to remodel and convert my garage but a little voice said to get another bid. Bigfoot NW responded right away and owner/partner Austin came out. He did a thorough walk through, listened to all my ideas and concerns and gave me a very honest straight forward answer. While what I wanted to do was possible, it was not gonna be easy or the most financially fruitful. He then purposed a totally radical idea that completely blew me outta the water. It meant at least a 3/4 cut in bid price for his company but it was the creative and beneficial idea for me financially. Tear down my existing dilapidated garage and get a tiny house instead for half of what it would cost me to rebuild. Friggin genius! Bigfoot would do the demo, and prepare the site, and help me with the hookup. He then gave me a list of tiny house builders with great prices and helped me plan out the set up. I had previously spoken to 4 other contractors up until that point with bids into six-figures, some didn’t even bother to actually take the time to come meet me or do a walk through. I said ADU and they threw me a price. Bigfoot not only took the time to partner with me on this project but Austin and his owner partner Adam, who did most of the demolition, invested their time and experience in helping me build my financial future. I feel very fortunate to know them, they’re top notch fellows and I can’t recommend them enough!!”

“Evergreen Renovations was recommended to us by another satisfied neighbor across the street when he learned of our difficulty in finding a competent yet cost-efficient roofer. Everyone we had contact with from Evergreen Renovations was helpful, compassionate, sympathetic and understanding of our severe financial limitations due to my disability and inability to work and my wife's part-time income. It was obvious that we needed a new roof ASAP, but at a price we could work with. They came through with flying colors, their staff was cordial and always polite, considerate, competent, and the work was done when they said it would be done! My wife and I are both happy with the price and our new 50-year roof, and relieved of the pending doom of leaks that we had been living under for the past 15 years. “Beisas has done a number of projects for me, primarily concrete work, including a very long driveway with built-in drainage, retaining walls and sidewalk work. Most recently they removed an old cyclone fence and put in a nice wood fence with retaining wall. Their work is always excellent. They are always on schedule, very pleasant workers, and the price is right! I would not hesitate to hire them again!”

“Nate worked on our kitchen / laundry room / guest bath remodel in 2020. In 2022, we hired him to replace our deck and installed new railings. In 2023, we needed to replace windows on our beach house he was the only person we contacted. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible. We like working with him as he meets his commitments and communicates throughout the entire project. He also offers up suggestions and ideas and is a pleasure to work with. “Our job was a complete remodel of our kitchen which included moving a wall and completely gutting the flooring in the kitchen, entry, laundry and second bathroom. We had a heated tile floor, custom designed cabinetry, recessed ceiling lights, appliances, windows and countertops installed. Nathalie Pillsbury listened to our "wants", made recommendations, met us for many product decisions, addressed our concerns and inevitable changes and was genuinely involved in our project. Mike Roloff hired excellent subcontractors, so that the finished product is outstanding. (Of particular note was the amazing "granite guy", Michael Ambrose, of De La Tierra Stoneworks). This company obtained the necessary permits and held to an agreed upon written timeline. All in all, a very satisfying, albeit disruptive as any remodeling/construction project is, experience. Kudos!”
