Brian prepared a proposal which looked fantastic and we decided to go with it. Brian personally handled every aspect of the project with his excellent team. He was always prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails, was always courteous, patient, and enthusiastic about the project. He was extremely professional throughout. Most importantly, in our case, we needed a very (seemingly impossible) turnaround, so that the property could be put on the market at the optimum time. Brian came through, and delivered on every aspect of the plan, with a beautiful result and no unexpected increases int eh budget. The end result was truly stunning, and I seriously doubt this could have happened had we chosen any other contractor.”

“We can't say enough about Bryant Construction. They are honest, dependable and sincere. We have already referred them to several friends. They were also great to follow up with us along the way instead of us having to reach out to them. Great service! “Project in August 2013: Complete remodel of bathroom. Removed tub and enclosure. Built walk-in shower. Removed corner linen closet to free up more countertop space. Relocated plumbing and vent stack, to increase shower space, requiring trenching in foundation. Result:“I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of work that was exhibited. I was able to provide timely input on small, but important design decisions that always come up during remodel projects. The crew arrived on time, when scheduled, and maintained a very clean work area. There was a high degree of continuity among crew. As a result, we really love the final result, and will kick off another project next year.””

“We contracted Oakmark Homes to build a house on our lot. The entire process with Oakmark was extremely pleasant and stress free. Mark was always attentive to our concerns and changes. He personally oversaw the entire build process. We did not have to deal with a build supervisor or program manager, we worked directly with the builder. Mark is extremely honest and did what he said he would do. We would highly recommend this builder and if we ever build another house we would use Oakmark again.”

“We needed a repair that was beyond our DIY abilities and had Mike come out and take a look and give us a quote. He was prompt, professional and very reasonable, so we selected him to repair the column between our garage doors and reseal each door. He returned on schedule and got to work realigning and restructuring the column. He complete the job and even primed the new construction. We were very pleased with his work, his professionalism and his trustworthiness, we would recommend Mike to anyone!!”
