“Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. “In 2014, we purchased a 1625 sq ft bungalow in Bow Meadows and after several meetings, chose Align Developments to do a major interior renovation of the main level. The flooring was replaced with hardwood and tile, the kitchen was completely redesigned with new cupboards and an island, a garage entrance laundry room/bathroom was replace with a redesigned laundry area and walk through pantry connecting to the kitchen, the master bedroom en suite was enlarged and brightened and lighting throughout was up graded. Some walls were moved or re-oriented. It was a significant renovation, and we were dealing with time and budget restrictions. The bottom-line is that the project was finished on-time and on-budget and all of our expectations for our new home were met or surpassed. Align Developments gave us untold amount of advice and options as we moved through the process. Graham worked diligently always keeping us informed of the progress and made sure that we were making the choices we needed to make to keep the project on schedule and on budget. “Kinash Construction helped me with my home renovation. We added an secondary suite to the side of our house and a dormer to the room above the garage. (see house renovation pictured with the red house.) Jay Kinash, the owner, is very knowledgeable with the the whole building process from designing to framing and finishing. He is also very well connected in the community and knows the best tradesmen to help with all the extras. His quotes are accurate and his employees are respectful and hard workers. He even trusted me enough to do a few simple jobs. Overall very happy to have hired Kinash Construction to do our renovation! It went as smoothly as construction can go! I would recommend for any type of construction or project.”

He was in constant communication after he started building the cabinets and told us options in regard to materials and hardware. The cabinet maker worked well in regard to the schedule with our contractor doing the other renovations.The finished product is beautiful!
