“Chris is an unbelievable craftsman. He built me a library loft, based on nothing more than a hand drawn picture I took while sitting in my living room. The final product was better than I expected and continues to impress me years later. I included two pictures, the first of the built-in entertainment center and the second of the library loft. He also kept in contact with me during the entire build process and always notified me if he experienced specialty material delays. Thank you, Chris.”

“APlus remodeled my Kitchen and dining room. Alex gave me new ideas on a design much better than my existing design. When they were done, I couldn't believe my eyes, I had a new home, walls gone, ceilings raised and a huge area created for in kitchen dining. The beautiful caninets were just added benefits. I am super happy with my new home. So much better than I ever imagined.”

“Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”

“It's hard to decided where to begin with a review when everything about Rich and his company American Renovation Network is awesome. I needed a full bathroom remodel and had met with several contractors. It never worked out until we found Rich. The design session with Rich and DJ was amazing. They understood the unique design I wanted immediately. Both went through the entire design with me explained the pros and cons of what I wanted and helped me make the right choices without ever feeling pressured. I walked away from my first session with them knowing I would hire them. We spent months searching for the right fit. We never felt that anyone, but Rich cared enough to listen to us and what we were trying to accomplish. Throughout the project, both Rich and DJ stayed on top of everything and clearly communicated every step of the process along the way. They both were always accessible if we needed anything. The best part is we really didn't need to call them. Rich's crew is outstanding. Gustavo was the project lead. His work was outstanding. He put thought and care into the bathroom. His tile work is impeccable, and he very thoughtfully cleaned up each night leaving it better than when he found it. That shows an enormous amount of respect for the house and homeowners. In addition, he came up with some amazing design change ideas that I loved and wouldn't have come up with my own imagination and implemented. He is patient and always explained things to me in a respectful manner that I could understand. This can be said for the rest of the crew as well. I had Angelo, Alex, Mauro, and Christian all working on my project. Everyone is very good at what they do and are very nice and respectful. I felt very comfortable with everyone. I can't state enough how good their communication. The finished product is better than I even thought it would be thanks to Rich and his crew. I will be using American Renovation Network for all my construction needs going forward.”

“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “I have used Graham's Construction on numerous projects at my home, including refacing my fireplace, a complete bathroom remodel, scraping my ceilings and the installation of new floors in my guest bedroom. John, the owner, also did a build-out at my office building, which turned out beautifully. Recently I hired Graham's Construction to do a kitchen remodel at my home changing out my tile to granite, installing a new stove and sink. John, as always, did a beautiful job.
