His tile, electrical and plumbing sub-contractors were fantastic. We had a serious issue with the cabinetry company, but Pat supported us to his provider, and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.”

“I recently had my deck completely re-built by KCT, and they did not disappoint. Right from the initial quote to the end of the job these guys did exactly what they said they would, and even upgraded some items to ensure it turned out top-notch. Kyle, Chase, and Trevor were professional, they showed up everyday, and communicated well throughout the process. They built the deck per my specifications, and were very responsive to my questions and additions that were requested mid-project. Every time they came across a decision in building, their choice was always the way that made the deck better, not quicker/easier. “Scott Christopher, or more specifically his renovation company Surpass, did a spectacular job completely remodeling our 1946 Cape Cod lake house. Previously it had very limited views of the lake but today, with the addition of a new kitchen space and elimination of numerous walls, the lake is visible from virtually every room. While the house has clearly been modernized his cabinet makers and workmen preserved the traditional feel of our old house. In addition, we signed on with a specific finish date in mind, December 24, giving them barely 4 months to complete. Although it frequently required weekend construction, which we lived through, they were done on the 20th.”

“Jamie and his team recently completed an extensive renovation of my condo. The project included new wood flooring for the entire first floor, four different tile projects, installation of a glass railing system, custom wood wall covering as well as several small projects. The craftsmanship of everyone involved was fantastic. The attention to detail throughout the project was amazing. Jamie is very knowledgable and was a tremendous help to me as my vision of what I wanted evolved. The transformation of my space is phenomenal and I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie.”

“From the moment we met Brian Meiste, we knew that his home building approach was different from his competition. The warm smile from Amber when we walked in made us feel welcome. Brian gave a good picture of how they work (it turned out that he was absolutely sincere) and was happy to meet with us any time and show us other homes that he built in the area. Our design consultants, Abbey and Heidi, were so well organized and helpful. They actually knew what we would like before we even saw it! The project management team of Kevin and Zach kept things nicely on track. Every promise was made good on and they worked within our budget. Now that we have moved in, we couldn’t be happier. They followed up on our punch list, which was short. Our dream house really is a dream - it was fun to work on and stress levels were very low. Thank you, Meiste Homes!”

“Project: remove & dispose of old small deck, build new larger maintenance free deck. Reviewed job with Benjamin, received quote promptly. He designed deck which was approved by city inspector. Benjamin is a FIRST CLASS builder. Honest, well spoken, adhered to quote-no surprises, got sample deck material for our approval. no hassle, adhered to quote, did exactly as quoted, cleaned up job site. Deck very sturdy, completed timely, outstanding job, beyond expectations, very pleased. Highly recommended.”
