“The entire life cycle of the project with Proof Contracting from quotation, to project close-out was exceptional. Renovation included full demolition and upgrades to upstairs bathroom ensuite and main floor laundry room. Adam was patient and professional throughout our many changes and provided prompt pricing as requested. Quotations were always well detailed and provided clear visibility to our many pricing options. Mobilization and planning included extra thought and care to protect our existing flooring by placement of floor coverings, and plastic barriers were installed to prevent dust from becoming airborne within the house. Demolition was fast which limited the construction debris to a short timeline. Materials and tools were always stored in an orderly fashion to prevent any tripping hazards or safety risks during non-working hours. Material deliveries were well organized to prevent any construction delays, and project was completed as per forecasted schedule. Selected Subcontractors were also professional and provided an excellent final product. The final renovation results exceeded our expectations and we have already contacted Proof Contracting for their second renovation project in our house!”

“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. “Trustworthy, reliable and honest. Over the last two years, we have done several major renovation projects. After working with a handful of contractors on other jobs, I can say without a doubt, Eagleview Construction is the best experience we have had thus far. Eagleview installed a second story deck with stairs to a lower deck and living in a city with very strict building codes, it was a complicated project involving custom engineering. They kept us informed along the way of how the project was to progress, and worked with the city to ensure we met all the city requirements. “I had my Condo apartment for over 10 years, and I was bored of the style it had. I did some research to see how I was able to find a good contractor in my area. I used Kijiji to post an ad asking for help for renovations. After meeting with a few contractors, I was able to find Jose and his Team. His approach since the day we met, gave me the that secure feeling that I was doing my project with the right team. After they get started, they were very professional on prep the area and how clean they work. I was really satisfied with their quality and their service. “Northgate Construction has two partners/owners, Mike and Tellen. They recently did all the construction work for our new kitchen install. They have the highest level of skilled workmanship we have ever seen. They tell you the day before what time they will be there, and they are there at that time! They give you a very detailed and itemized quote. As with any project sometimes things come up that are surprises to both the homeowner and contractor. They worked with us to try and find a cost effective solution to our problem. They are very, very good at their jobs. They know how to do many many things and are excellent at all of them. They have professional associates as well available if need be. Here is an example of their quality of workmanship. The ceiling had new pot lights added and they mudded and sanded the ceiling. Before painting they didn't like the finish, and redid the areas they were concerned about, creating a flawless ceiling in the process! We never even noticed (and we are very fussy clients!), but they did!! That is the difference, highest level of quality is important to them as well. Professional, Professional and very, very Skilled! Do not hesitate to hire this awesome team!! I doubt you will find better!!”
