“I cannot say enough how much I love my home, and pretty much anyone I talk to about homes, listens to me rave about how amazing my builder was! We built our first home with another builder previously and our experience with Eric Boucher, Big Rock Homes, was nothing short of wonderful! There is no way we could have built the quality of home we got from Big Rock Homes for the price with anyone else. Eric Boucher took so much personal pride and really cared that our home turned out beautiful. He was honest and upfront with us through the entire process and I never once felt he was taking advantage of us. We receive so many compliments from anyone who visits including many in the housing and real estate industry who are blown away by the quality of our home, because of our experience with Eric Boucher both of my husbands brothers are now also building with Big Rock Homes. “Radiant Blue homes along with there sister company Sideone Exteriors built our beautiful, custom dream home! We are thrilled with they way it turned out, the quality and how fast it was completed! We had many people comment on how fast our house was built and how great it looks! Mike and Justin are awesome to work with. The whole construction process was a lot less stressful than we expected because of there attention to detail, organization, communicating with us on regular basis about project and high standards. They were building this home for us but there attention to detail and high standards made it feel like they were building this house for themselves. They understood our vision for our home perfectly and made suggestions, most of which we did, that have made our home flow and function so much better. Tracy the office manager put together a great homeowners book for us filled with great information along with a flash drive of pictures taken during the construction project. “We are absolutely thrilled with the work that Alcoa did for us. We wanted to add a sunroom to our home that needed to accommodate art studio space, bar, and an ample seating area. It had to have energy saving banks of windows and sliders among many other requirements. For us it was daunting, but Corey of Alcoa provided us with excellent suggestions and solutions. Corey presented us with a proposal that outlines every detail of the project and the time frame for each item. When all was said and done, we had the sunroom of our dreams, it was completed on time and with in budget. We were so pleased that we have asked Alcoa to proceed with another project for our home. “when shopping for a house we couldn't find a favorite so decided to build and found American Heritage Homes in the neighborhood that we wanted to build. We talked to several residents in the neighborhood and they all claimed that AHH did a fantastic job. So we too had them build our favorite floor plan and we're a week away from closing. They have been great to work with and they communicate almost daily with updates and progress of the home. P.S the builder also lives in the neighborhood. That's been a plus”

“In 2000 we started our search for a custom home builder in the St. George. The first two responses from friends I knew in the area recommended Carey with C. Blake Homes. The rest is history. I had the opportunity to work onsite with my previous home builders but did not have that same opportunity with Carey during the Covid era as we were residing in northern Utah. Having a personal relationship with a professional home builder was essential for me as I required our home to be constructed properly, with quality materials and the builder needed to have access to sub contractors he trusted to to the same. I found that with Carey. His dedication to details and fine workmanship stand out among others known as, “Tract Home Builders” who get in, get out, and are done with the home owner. After we moved into our new C. Blake home in 2021, and for many months thereafter, we noticed an occasional but persistent popping sound above the ceiling in one of the rooms. We notified Carey about the problem and after he conducted multiple inspections to find the source, he and his team resolved the problem when other builders may have have brushed it off or referred us to other venders. My time spent with Carey Blake has convinced me he is a builder with integrity, having the will to do what is right for his customers and I therefore recommend him as a professional custom Home builder for your consideration. “D. Mills Enterprises built a home for us as well as my parents and did a phenomenal work. We were trying our best to stay within budget while building a home that would have curb appeal and look warm and inviting on the inside. Dean and his team helped us accomplish our goals within budget and on-time. The reasons why I would have his team build for us again is his attention to detail, integrity, resourcefulness, and his taste in helping us make decisions we were unsure of. The biggest test for my wife when working with a builder is whether or not we are friends after the home is built and I am happy to say that Dean and his team passed with flying colors. I would highly recommend them if quality and efficiency are important to you.”
