“The One Source team led by Todd has been outstanding to work with, and I can't recommend them highly enough. My home was severely damaged via fire and the insurance process was arduous. Looking for a GC I trusted was another painful process. I needed a partner committed to helping me create a new home - not just a house - and rebuild to the quality level needed for me to feel confident and comfortable. Todd has been phenomenal, from start to (almost!) finish. The care he has taken in making sure I'm getting what I want is a mark of true professionalism and commitment to real service. And, while Mother Nature dealt some blows that slowed us down and added to the statement of work, OS has worked to get us back on track, plus dealt with extra insurance paperwork. “7 Elements Home Improvements completed a deck with a rooftop area for me. I also had my shed remodel, instead of replacing it and spent more money. I couldn’t be more pleased. They are incredible craftsmen, from the design/drawing phase, to the details of construction. At the end of the day, they made sure that everything was cleaned and organized. Their work ethic and dedication to quality is truly unparalleled. They worked closely with us to ensure that we were pleased with our choices and provided options when needed. “This husband and wife team were able to bring to life a powder room I had envisioned but couldn’t make happen. I had seen a sink and pedestal on Houzz and Pinterest that I loved but couldn’t find in the states. They were able to duplicate the design at a reasonable cost and pull together the rest of the bathroom for a complete look. Their communication skills are top notch, their employees were there when they said they’d be there, always neat and cleaning up as they went along.”

“As I began my search for a contractor to do some major renovations on my house, I found the task a bit daunting to say the least. I set aside a couple of days from work and spent them interviewing potential contractors. Nearing the end of the second day, I still hadn’t found someone I was totally sold on, then in walked Kurt Ozbey. I immediately knew he was the one I wanted working on my house. He has a very easy manner and I trusted him from the start. He told me he only does one job at a time and would be at my house every day until it was finished. And that is exactly what he did. Not only is he professional and reliable, he did a fabulous job. I live in a very old house in Georgetown: he knew how to work around all the problems that entails. This was no small job. Kurt and team, completely renovated my kitchen, bathroom, built two closets, replaced three windows, a door and put a toilet in my basement. I now have a brand new house. Without hesitation, I would recommend Masters for any job you are considering. “Our HOA hired the most professional team to do some work on our Community Center. Of three companies contacted for estimates, the Krause team answered quickest. They were able to come out within the same week and gave us an estimate. There were problems getting some special order parts to the repair and I was especially pleased that this company kept me in the loop at all times as to the delays. When the parts came in, the repairs were made immediately and they were done very well. The estimate held true and the work was done well. The office personnel were wonderful and friendly. I so enjoyed working with everyone. So much so that I have them coming to my own home next week to give me estimates on some much needed work under my own roof. Rather than dreading it, I am looking forward to the entire experience. I highly recommend this most professional and pleasant company.”

“My bedroom ceiling and floors were damaged from a storm over a year ago. My coworker referred me to CDR Contractors and I’m so thankful I called for their services. They are professional, dependable and great customer service. They also offered me a very reasonable quote. They did a great job on replacing my entire ceiling and floors. In both cases, Mr. Drew, the CDR Contractor owner walked me through the process and took care of communicating with my insurance company. I truly appreciate that he updated me every step of the way. Prior to the remodel, I suffered from severe allergies because of the old ceiling insulation. Not only they replaced the entire ceiling and floors of my bedroom, but they also painted the walls, installed a beautiful ceiling light/fan and flat screen tv. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I’m very happy with my bedroom make-over, a place to relax from a stressful day at work. I highly recommend CDR Contractors for your home remodeling needs! I will definitely contact them again in the future.”

“Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.”
