“Tom Gates was referred to us by a neighbor after we moved to Salina. He got back to us the same day we left a message and came over the next day. We went throught the whole house on things we needed work on and was here within a few days with his workers. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. The next project was done in the same manner. We are getting ready to start our next project and, as before, we will be calling Tom for help. He is very economically friendly. He makes you feel like you are his only client. You can tell he truly cares about you and doing the best job possible for you. Tom Gates is the man for any remodeling job you may have.”

“Choosing the right contractor can make the difference between a successful television series and a disaster. “Ricky Greeve with Greeve Construction built my home in rural Pottawatomie County KS. We started from scratch, drew a plan together, and went from there. He did a fantastic job! Building a custom home can be overwhelming, but he struck the perfect balance between giving helpful guidance, and giving total freedom to do what we wanted. It would not have turned out nearly as good without him. His subcontractors are competent and polite, and all interactions were promptly responded to. Most of all, Ricky exhibited high character at each stage giving me confidence in the integrity of my home's construction.”

“Deby Wilson of Deby's Finishing Touch completed a complete kitchen, living room and family remodel for us. All new cabinets, ceilings, floors, some new windows. The kitchen was a total gut job. I kind of knew what I wanted, but we were trying to stick to a certain budget, so some design elements changed through the process to accommodate the budget. We were also working with a pretty tight time line, so I had some serious doubts if Deby could make it, especially since a lot of time was needed to find the right materials to fit our needs. Deby not only completed the job within budget and on schedule (despite the all too common "problems" along the way), but she was a true professional through it all. She never got rattled and she worked hard to keep me calm. She practiced extreme patience with me and all the subs, kept everything moving along, gave solid advice, delivered on all her promises and more! She not only knows all she needs to know about construction, she also knows how to work with all kinds of people. Our remodel could not possibly have turned out any better!”

“In 2018 I put my house up for sale before this Framework came in and did a multitude of jobs. The measured and installed both shutters for the front of my house and window well covers for the basement windows. The exterior of the house was pressure washed from top to bottom and then painted. It was a completely new house. Interior painting was done in various places around the house and a huge repair to the dry wall that cannot be seen now. After a very dry blowing snow in late 2018 I had some snow in my attic that melted and left water marks on the vaulted ceiling. Framework was able to come in treat the water stained spots and then repaint the ceiling. A few weeks after that painting I could see roller marks and called and the ceiling was repainted within the next two days.”
