“Dan did an amazing job. He organised everything. Was easy to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast he got in and got the job done. The quality of his work i thought was to a very high standard. He always turned up. Money well worth spent. We had a granny flat we had been in the process of building and hadn't done anything on it for 2 years. We needed help. We decided to find a builder who could build our deck for us. It was about 18m x 9.5m (veranda on 3 sides) and was about 2m off the ground (the ground was elevated). A friend ended up recommending Dan to us. Dan also did the veranda roof, guttering etc and wire balustrade all the way around. Looks really beautiful. I also got him to build some internal shelving, put doors on, attach towel rails, mirrors and other bits and pieces. I'm so glad we did.”

“Eco Essence built our 2 story beach house at Casuarina in 2012. Jeremy and Wayne from Eco Essence Homes were recommended to us by the property developers of Seaside as Eco builders. When we met with them to sketch out some ideas, they immediately impressed us with their easygoing but professional approach and the way in which they translated our ideas to paper. It also appealed to us that they were a local company and not part of a large chain. House construction is not the easiest thing to go through, especially as absentee owners and not knowing a joist from a bearer, but Jeremy and Wayne made the process a lot easier and were often a long way ahead of us in their thought process and ideas. “I have had the absolute pleasure building with Sanctuary 28 . And this is my memory. You have in office Mark who keeps it all in line and on budget for everyone, along with Vicky who basically does it all. And on site I had the pleasure of meeting Bradley the Electrician (many times as i kept changing my mind and kept a smile the whole time) , Trent the chippie, Reg the Chippie, Reg the concreter, of course I would forget Andrew and Ash the plumbers and Barrett Brothers who painted, painted and came back and painted again.. love those guys. And finally of course The Don. Well Don is just the best. The best way to describe him is from his words. "Anna, We only have solutions here not problems." and no matter how small the job was he always made me feel very important and I truly appreciate that so very much. I also appreciate that none of the guys listed above really ever got frustrated with me. And i can tell you that might not have been always easy. When building a house it is so important to get things right and whilst not always an easy task it often takes looking, thinking and changing your mind in the process and I am so pleased all these people allowed me to do this. I am now building my second home with Sanctuary 28 and I am weeks away from finishing ill report back again but i am sure it will be a good one. And i have had the great joy of working with all the guys again. I must not forget the additions to the above on the new house My Chippie Mick , buddy Kev , Dean the Tiler and wee Sam who basically endured my daily site visits to see what they were up to and always good advise and wiling to allow me to create another Lovely Sanctuary 28 home.. And I can tell you it will not be my last. I hope this helps you.. As you can see i Highly recommend Don and his many wonderful men and women who make up the great team at Sanctuary 28. “My wife and I initially contacted Andrew having inspected a new house constructed by Ritz Homes in our local area. Following the initial tender submissions, Ritz Homes was selected from three prospective builders due to Andrew’s excellent up front service and guidance. I am pleased to say this was maintained throughout the project. Andrew and his architect / structural engineer developed a set of drawings and associated documentation which were approved by Council under a Complying Development Certificate with no fuss. We were actively involved throughout the design and construction process with many design changes and modifications.
