“United Restoration Services did an amazing job upgrading our home. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is truly amazing. We have lived in our home for three years now and the quality of the upgrades today (door hinges, cabinet, paint, wall structure, insulation, granite counter tops, flooring) is as good today as the day URS finished the project. We have worked with other contractors and it's sad to say that most contractors will not stay within budget and within project timelines. URS stayed within budget, completed the project on-time and listened to us. During the project discussion I mention to Joy (owner of URS) that I was allergic to cats. Since the house was previously owned by a cat owner, Joy had the floors sanitized from the concrete before laying floors. This means a lot to me because it shows that Joy cared about the little things, things that can't be seen and can easily be looked over. I highly recommend using URS! “So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”
