The post sale support is outstanding. They do their own extensive inspection and punch list so the homeowner doesn't have another set of issues to deal while closing and moving into a new home, and their warranty support is a huge value and provides great peace of mind. Scott really puts his customer's best interest first and is exceptionally accomodating in working with the customer's architect. His subs are first rate and he clearly has the best subs in the area on his team. I highly recommend you meet with Scott if you're building an executive bracket home or are considering a remodeling project in your existing home. “We built a large pole building that included basic layout for 'living quarters', or what we refer to as a little cottage with a really big garage. In the 10 years since we've built the building they have come out without question to tweak small issues. (We have large sliding barn doors that have needed adjustment for example.) There have never been additional charges. They also led us to a contractor who would help with updates to the living quarters which was mostly our work. While people joke about being born in a barn we proudly live in one on the weekends, and have been happy with the quality of the work and the long term committment to the building, even through the tough construction environment in our state. Even after the passing of 10 years when I see a Morton building in our travels I feel like I'm seeing a friend. I'd highly recommend this company for it's flexibility to our plan, it's work and long term stability.”

“First of all, my bathroom looks amazing. Very modern and way more comfortable than before. They gave us an estimate and designs for free before we committed to anything. Scott even told us which materials would be cheaper to buy on our own so we could stay in our budget. The installers were friendly and answered all the questions we had that popped up over the project. They came on time and worked hard and they cleaned up every day so it was safe for our kids. We only have one bathroom, so they reinstalled the toilet before they were done with the floor we could still use the bathroom that night. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with this company.”
