In our previous home Gerard was our go-to man. When we downsized to a totally older person home he got our measure entirely and delivered us a level access, air to heat system , underfloor , super home. We are really pleased with the quality of work and finish. He did the work in six months and we lived on site in a mobile home noting that his team was here every day. He took our very clear ideas and improved them. We highly value him as a builder and now also as a friend.

We are delighted to confirm that Koopmans Construction Ltd of Ballymote, Co Sligo are a valued and certified member of the National Guild of Mastercraftsmen and have been since November 2015.We originally vetted and referenced checked their work and found it to be of the highest quality, we have regularly re checked work done by by Gerard and his team and have found them to be highly professional and excellent craftsmen. we would have no hesitation in recommending as we have done in the past Koopman Construction for any construction project. We recently needed various works at our property, both inside and outside. Gerard had a very detailed but efficient meeting with us to outline all steps needed, timelines and pricing. His business can cater for all building services so it was great to just deal with one person and all works were facilitated. I would highly recommend Koopmans Construction to anyone and certainly I will be using them again in the future for any additional needs. First class service.

Gerard and his team did a major demolition, refurb, rebuild and new extension for us. It was a complex project and I could not recommend him more highly for his skill, professionalism and attention to client service. He completed an excellent job for us which has received widespread admiration.
