Featured Reviews for Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers in Philadelphia
All Seasons Comfort Control
Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers in Philadelphia
"I recently converted my double oil furnaces and hot water heater to natural gas. I had contacted 4 different suppliers and decided to go with All Seasons. Chris Long was knowledgeable and responsive to any questions I had. Their workers were courteous and did an excellent job in my home. They were here for a total of 5 1/2 days and there was never a problem. I am totally satisfied and am hoping for a much reduced utility bill!"

Horizon Services of Burlington County, NJ
Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers in Philadelphia
"Had a minor plumbing failure that led to a leak. Horizon answered the call at about 8pm and scheduled service the next morning. Tech showed up in the appointment window, walked me through the problem and showed me how to make sure it doesn't happen in the future. After completing the repair, he tested the fix to make sure the problem would no longer occur. The price was a little high for the job, but by providing me with additional education about how to prevent issues in the future the value of the service was higher than a simple repair."

"I have used the services of CRT Mechanical on several occasions. CRT has done work at both my rental property and my personal home. Chris and his team has always be dependable, professional and very knowledgeable on the repairs and new installation jobs they have performed for me. Because of the high quality of service and the fact that Chris always returned my phone calls, I would definitely highly recommend CRT Mechanical to anyone. They have earned it."

Horizon Services of Montgomery County, PA
Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers in Philadelphia
"The service professionals that work for Horizon are always on time for appointments. They are friendly, keep the work area clean, and are knowledgeable about their work. We have had them out to service our heating/cooling system, and they are courteous and always replace the filter when they are out. Their costs are fair, and there is never any "unexpected" expense added on."

Ward Heating, Air Conditioning and Heating Oil
Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers in Philadelphia
"After sweltering through too many NJ summers without central air, my husband and I decided to put in a proper AC system this year. Since our house was built in the 1920s with radiant heat (no ducting) and almost no closets (where one might hide such ducting), we knew it was going to be a big, complicated job, and thought we'd need something like high-velocity AC. Tom came out, took a look at our situation, and explained a number of different options, finally designing a system ideal for this peculiar old house: dual Mitsubishi units (one in the basement, to cool the first floor, and one in the attic, to cool the second), with all ducting confined to the utility spaces. He accommodated our schedule for installation exactly as we requested it, was up front about costs, and didn't go over budget (he even upgraded a portion of the system at no additional cost to us). Perhaps best of all, his team was amazing: his guys (especially Mark and Jason!) were punctual, professional, patient, they explained everything as they went along, and they consulted me if they needed to make a change. They were also incredibly neat; they put down canvas to protect my (beloved) wood floors, and managed to do five days' worth of significant construction without doing any damage. They didn't even scuff the paint in our (super narrow) hallway, going up and down to the attic. And they installed a system that makes our basement and attic look very sleek and space age. I am always impressed by people who are good at what they do, and these guys are the best!"

Lawrenceville Fuel
Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers in Philadelphia
"I hired Lawrenceville Fuel to access my A/C unit and help me decide to either move the unit away from the patio or get a new unit which will be quieter. They didn't push me either way, which I've found many companies do, they just gave me quotes for both scenarios. I ended up going for a new unit which they installed quickly and the guys were really nice."

HVAC Philly
Heating and Air Conditioning Engineers in Philadelphia
"I had this company replace my Feastervill's home oil heating system with a new Heat Pump last November, it worked great all winter and saved me a lot on heating bills. They were professionals through the whole process but this not why i am giving them a five star rating. When they called last week to remind me of my free spring tune up that i forgot all about i was pretty impressed, i do recommend HVAC Philly to all"

Although we may not always need air conditioning with our British summers, an air conditioning installation specialist will be able to install climate control systems in your home that can adjust your whole house’s temperature with a few pushes of a button. So even if we do have a midsummer heat wave, you’ll be able to keep your home refreshingly cool with Philadelphia air conditioning services.

What types of heating installation and air conditioning services are available?

For most homeowners, your central heating will be a typical gas or combi boiler and radiators set up, and you can find heating and gas engineers for boiler maintenance in Philadelphia near you, with Houzz. But even if you already have your whole heating system set up, you can still use Philadelphia heating engineers to install new radiators for you – you don’t have to stick with plain white panel radiators. Talk to a radiator company to discuss towel radiators, radiator covers, vertical radiators or cast iron radiators to bring a bit of style to your heating installations.

If you’re building a new home or completely renovating a house, then it’s your chance to hire Philadelphia heating and home air conditioning installation services to put in place your ideal climate control system. Underfloor heating is no longer a luxury reserved for the privileged few; with electric underfloor heating mats it’s simple and easy to install these days and you’ll easily find lots of underfloor heating installation services on Houzz. If you really can’t stand the heat in the summer, Philadelphia air conditioning companies can install systems that will keep your home cool and crisp throughout the summer. You can choose Philadelphia air conditioning services that will install individual units for individual rooms, perhaps you only want them in your bedrooms, or air conditioning companies that can implement systems for your whole house.

Energy efficient homes are becoming more and more popular as we all try to become more eco friendly, and one of the best ways to save energy is insulating your house. Heating engineers in Philadelphia will be able to advise you on the best way to insulate your home and the most efficient method of heating it. There are also now many digital thermostats that can be controlled remotely, so you can turn your heating off and on at the appropriate time without wasting energy when no one’s home. With a climate controlled house, you’ll also be able to only heat or cool certain rooms when necessary, stopping energy being wasted on rooms that are used less frequently.

Even if your Philadelphia heating and air conditioning engineer cannot advise you on insulation or energy efficiency, they may be able to put you in touch with someone that can, and even be able to recommend other contractors for related air conditioning services and heating jobs. It’s likely that you’ll be able to find photos of their previous projects, reviews and ratings from clients, right here on Houzz. Here are some related professionals and vendors to complement the work of heating & air conditioning: Specialist Contractors, Main Contractors, Solar Energy Installation, Electricians.

What to ask Philadelphia heating engineers and air conditioning installation specialists:

  • What heating, cooling and ventilation systems do you offer?
