“My technician DJ was here a short bit ago. This is the first time I had met him. Like all the other techs before him, he did an awesome job. I’ve been with Aire Serv for many years and have NEVER had a complaint. He was very personable, very clean and respectful. I certainly give him high marks. “John and DJ were awesome. They came to fix a leaking pipe for my upstairs bathroom. Through conversation they learned that I was waiting to have two doggy doors installed and they did it right there on the spot! “They replaced the old furnace with a new, higher efficiency model. They had to retrofit the new unit with the much older air conditioning unit, already in place. It took them over five hours, with lots of in and out of the basement with tools etc, but two years later the furnace has worked flawlessly! I am very pleased and would recommend them.”

“I would definitely use this company again and would make sure to recommend this company to anyone looking for a company that does ac repair. Right from the start you made to feel like a valued customer from the start with Lynn who was very quick in responding to a message I left to schedule an appointment (I left a message on a Sunday and got a call back 5 minutes later!) to Casey who is on top of the billing and getting what is needed to my home warranty company and keeping me updated on the status and finally their tech. Justin, was extremely professional, polite, and very thorough in determining the true issue(s) with our ac and when the parts came in, Justin also spent as much time as necessary to thoroughly & properly repair our ac. “Had a minor plumbing failure that led to a leak. Horizon answered the call at about 8pm and scheduled service the next morning. Tech showed up in the appointment window, walked me through the problem and showed me how to make sure it doesn't happen in the future. After completing the repair, he tested the fix to make sure the problem would no longer occur. The price was a little high for the job, but by providing me with additional education about how to prevent issues in the future the value of the service was higher than a simple repair.”
