“Nice Home Services did a fantastic job from start to finish. The temperature in our home is the same on all 3 levels. We love it. No more hot and cold rooms. We replaced our oil furnace with a high efficient heat pump. The air cleaners have done an amazing job in removing the smell and dust. No more wheezing and sneezing and no more smelly ducts. Nice Home Services also completed the installation of our propane fireplace and repaired our attic fan. All is well and we are very satisfied with Nice Home Services.”

“I was more than pleased with the service I received from I HVAC Solutions. On the hottest day of spring my house was 95 degrees and I couldn’t sleep. I was too busy sweating praying on a breeze to help cool me off. My ac unit was down and I had no clue what the issue was. I hired so called hvac techs from task rabbit and they couldn’t diagnose the issue. They couldn’t figure out why my compressor would not come on when they verified power was going to it. I wasted time with them because of their lack of knowledge and experience. I looked up top rated hvac companies in the area and I HVAC had 5 star rating and enough reviews to make me try them out. I was really impressed with Sam’s knowledge and expertise. He was very professional and the only one who knew what he was doing. He added a hard start kit and told me my compressor is going bad. He also gave me replacement pricing for the system. Everything was up and running thanks to him. I’ll be replacing my system and I’m going with IHVAC. I’m not wasting anymore time with handymen hvac techs. Sam is a master hvac mechanic and hero in my opinion. My wife told me to stop being cheap and hire a real mechanic and that’s what I had to do”

The quality of work is superb but there is truly no matching Victor's honesty, integrity, and dedication. He educated us about our home and how to care for it. We particularly appreciated how he offered us choices and suggestions to keep us on budget throughout the project. Since then, Kitchen's by Victor has always been my first call whenever I have a project at the house and the only recommedation I give to family and friends.”

“Awesome customer service!!! David, the technician, is very professional & gave me an hour heads up at 7:17 am this morning, 2/23/ 18, that he is on his way. He arrived promptly at 8:20 am, explained the services I need to expect from him & how long the services will take. Everything is clear & precise from the start of service and there was no assumptions on my part on what's going to happen next. He knowledgeably answered all my questions & clarifications. He was tidy and kept my floors clean. David offered some other services I might need in the future, like carpet cleaning, that Lowes Air Duct cleaning also offers. I said, "I'll sure look into it & wait for some good deals on the website." I've used other company before to clean my air ducts & dryer vent, and I thought they did well until now that I've used Brekmar Inc/Lowes Air duct cleaning. David, your employee, did an excellent job representing your company. I plan to use your services again, probably yearly now for the Dryer vent cleaning & every 4 years for Air duct cleaning. And I will make sure to request David again for those services in my home. “Affordable Air Conditioning and Heating has excellent service and fair prices! We had to replace 2 HVAC units and started with getting quotes from local contractors. After talking with them and getting quotes we decided to go with Jody because of his experience, great reviews and excellent pricing. When installing the new units Jody found a leak in one of the existing lines that took a lot more work and time to fix. He went above and beyond to fix a mistake the original builder had made and did not charge us extra. We feel lucky to have found an HVAC contractor who is so knowledgeable, fair and honest. We highly recommend Affordable Air Conditioning & Heating!”

“During a bathroom remodel we found a leaking shower valve. We completed their online service request form (http://www.myplumber.com/schedule-service/). After 4 days without a response we called and were helped immediately. We also requested a replacement spigot and adding a shut-off valve so it wouldn't freeze. Work: new shower valve, spigot w/shut-off They provided same day service and actually came early. The plumber showed up within about an hour of our service call. He was courteous, wore shoe covers, took time to explain the work and generated a quote in a few minutes. The quality of work was outstanding, the best I have ever seen, and he took the time to explain all work and the new Moen hardware. The only thing preventing a 5-star is the price. I don't mind paying for convenience and quality but $1800 for 2 hours of work is excessive.”
