“The blower motor on the furnace went out. They sent a technician within a couple of hours because the heat in the house was off. He quickly diagnosed the issue, found the part in town, retrieved the part and had it installed within a couple of hours. I have had no problems with the unit since then.”

“After an initial miscommunication on the day of my appointment, I could not have been more pleased with the service. The technician was prompt, polite and answered all of our questions. He gave me a business card and said we could call anytime we had questions. Very quick and reasonably-priced. Will definitely use them again!”

“My thermostat was not registering; I had purchased a furnace from Mission Plumbing and Heating previously and was very happy with the information provided; none were outside of my request. Their representative was the perfect salesman - give the customer information, give them time to consider the options, answer questions ask - provide information they should ask but haven't. 5 for that visit. The only reason the thermostat visit is a 4 rather than a 5 is that I had indicated I believed the issue was the thermostat. and asked if I should get one. I was told not to, as that might not be the issue. When they arrived, they confirmed that a new thermostat was needed but they had only 2 thermostat option; a low end and a very high end (digital, multi-option)- nothing between. The representative did an outstanding job and even programmed the thermostat for me - 5 there. However, I asked him to suggest that the company carry a wider selection of thermostats or allow the customer to get one they like.”

“Owen responded to my (numerous) email questions promptly and with patience, and it was a holiday weekend! He came out to inspect my hvac situation and was able to offer me an alternative to traditional replacement that saved me lots of money and allowed my family to be comfortable. A few days later the tech showed up to do the installation & repair. I expected it to be a most of the day deal but he was in and out in no time. I was shocked at how quickly he finished. The area was clean and tidy when he left. When I am ready for a full system replacement, I will definitely call Town & Country”

“We initially hired this company to give our furnace a tune-up this fall knowing that something we would need repairs soon. For background, our furnace was old, inefficient and to say that the overall HVAC installation was poor would be too kind (our home was a foreclose, purchased it as-is, where-is). Sal came out and did the tune-up, quoting fair prices for a couple of repairs that I knew needed to be done (one was a failing inducer motor. I forget the other.). He handled himself very professionally, was patient, and engaged all of the questions that we had. He even took time to examine the poor installation with me and help me to find where we were losing efficiency and heat as a result. He offered to come back to fix it or tell me how to if I wanted to take it on as a DIY project. Off hand, I asked him about to give me a furnace replacement quote, so that we could save do that next year. A couple of days later, before he was able to return to repair the inducer motor, the motor quit. We decided to replace the entire furnace and called him. He was able to come out the next day and get us up and running with a brand new furnace at the quoted price. We enjoyed our interactions with him and will definitely hire him again for our other HVAC needs.”

“I was told my heating unit was cracked and needed replacing after a maintenance was done by another company. Then they had their salesman come out to offer us a unit. Jim, was my second company I called to get a bid in for the job. When Jim came out the first time to do the bid, he made sure, first thing,l if I needed to replace the unit as the previous company had advised. We determined my 20 year old unit did need to be replaced and he was able to give me his quote right then and there. Then, I spoke with the first company and they were able to actually offer a slightly cheaper quote than Jim did, but I went with Heartland because he took the time to make sure and give me tips and advice on maintaining a unit. He did not pressure me into a sale and was pleasant the entire time. When it came time for the install, he came out on a snowy day and made sure to start on the heating unit first so that my family would have a safely heated house by that evening. We have a 9-month old and elderly parents living with us, so he knew that was a priority. During the install, any question I had, he took time again to answer thoroughly and even gave me advice on duct work if I decided to finish out my basement. I didn't hang around for the entire install because of work, but he came to the house about 8am and had the heat warming my house when I got homer after 5pm. The entire work took 2 days for us, because of the weather; day 1 completed the heating install and day 2 completed the A/C install. He will come back in spring to run my A/C and make sure it is running well. So, my experience with Heartland Quality Heating & Cooling was a great one. I can trust that I have a solid guy to go to in Jim, if I have any issues with my unit. He does quality work and a man of integrity. Thank you Jim, Keth Family”
