“I am a first time home-buyer, but I know I lucked out finding Faun. Comparing Faun to the experiences my friends have had, she is the best. She made herself available and replied to my texts and emails quickly, despite me being at the lower end of her client range. I was able to see every property I wanted to, often times the day they were listed. She answered all the questions I had, and a ton of questions I didn’t know I had. She has a great feel for the market (being from Denver) and is good at making sure you don’t get discouraged, while also being realistic. Faun put together strong contracts that had clauses that were unique and specific to my case, and made my offers much stronger. In fact, for the property I bought, I was not the highest offer, but was chosen due to the quality of Faun over the agents on the other high offers. Faun also is very up-to-date on technology and easy to get along with. Great realtor, and a great person!
