“Let me start by saying that I know nothing about real estate. But Diana Nickell at Texas Palladium Properties knows all there is to know & more! I totally counted on her extensive knowledge to sell my house, purchase 2 condos, rent a condo & a house. And she didn’t let me down. She’s very professional as well as personable. You will never be pushed or talked into something you don’t want or need. The customer absolutely comes first. Diana explains everything & answers all your questions, no problem. Needless to say I am ecstatic with the result of purchasing, selling & renting with Texas Palladium Properties. And she’s a great decorator as well. “Robyn Jones Homes real estate company by far earns a "triple thumbs up" for there professionalism, extra ordinary service, expedient response time, and continually going beyond the call of duty. With the purchase of my home, they covered all basis from A to Z. They sent homes within my budget for me to review on a daily basis. They worked within the timeline I requested, and got me moved across the country into my new home within the month I had requested. “Jonathan McNabb will focus on your needs from selling, to buying, to closing. I can honestly say that, he will be with you since day one! He was there to help me stage the house for pictures. The presentation of the home to potential buyers is amazing. Jonathan is one of the best relator/ persons I have ever worked with. He is a darn HARD worker and is not afraid to stay up late to get the job done. He is an ABSOLUTE GREAT COMMUNICATOR, there was nothing that he knew that I didn't. During the selling/ buying process, communication is the key to a successful and hassle free experience. I was out of country when the process began for the sale of my home, and even with me being gone he communicated with me and walked me through everything.
