“Bruno and his team were a pleasure to work with for the sale of my Westwood condo. I was referred through my Stanford network. The things that stood out the most about Bruno to me were his responsiveness / follow up and attention to detail (going above what is required of an agent). It was also important to me to engage an energetic and tech / social media savvy agent in today's competitive brokerage environment (which Bruno is). My condo ended up selling for approximately 10% above asking price after receiving 7 offers the week after the first Sunday open house.
