“Jennifer is AMAZING! She really takes time to get to know you, listen, and learn what you are looking for. She doesn't just care about selling a home. She cares about people. She is low pressure, honest (even if the truth is hard to heard), and trustworthy. Jennifer sold us our first Texas home; we've been in it for more than a year now, and she still follows up with us periodically to see how we're doing. We had a structural issue with our home about nine months after we purchased it, and when the builders wouldn't return our calls, we contacted Jennifer for ideas to get resolution. She contacted the builder immediately, and within 24 hours, the builder came to our home to address the issue. Jennifer is a go-getter and will do whatever she can to help a client. “We recently closed on our home in Austin & couldn’t have better things to say about our experience with Tia. She is calm, patient, experienced, knowledgeable and asks all the right questions. Tia always had both my fiancé and my best interest at heart throughout the entire process. For example, we’d look at beautiful homes, but they weren’t in walkable areas & she knew that was important to me so she’d flag it. We’d look at another house we loved, but the yard was tiny & she new that was important to my fiancé so she’d flag that. She always was looking out for us. NOW for the real good stuff- Tia was able to use an offer we put on one house and we’re in discussion with to use that to get us our house under asking & quickly. Tia was able to negotiate our house $34,000 UNDER asking, she got us to have the seller pay $10,000 towards closing costs (huge help for us) AND got us a 45 day close versus 30 day close (we needed extra time to get out of our apartment). She also assisted with getting a few things fixed from what came up in the inspection & all little minor fixes she was able to get the seller to fix for us pre-move in. All in all it was the best first time homebuyers experience I could’ve imagined & could not recommend Tia more! Thank you to both Tia and her assistant Colleen who made this experience possible. We’re so happy!”

“I used Jon to list a high-end home in central Austin back in May 2011, then to buy my new home. Regarding the listing, Jon used a professional photographer to take amazing pics, then did a great job planning the listing to occur right before a long holiday weekend. Even though most homes at that time were on the market for months, we had 2 full offers after the first weekend! He worked us through the selling process with no glitches. We then used Jon to buy our new home. He did a great job of providing us daily updates and worked his schedule where he could meet with us to view homes with little notice. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him. Glad to see him on Houzz!”
