They treat you like family and will do whatever it takes to keep things working as the landlord; they take care of emergencies at the blink of an eye no matter when…even in the middle of the night! Tara and her team makes sure they know what their client needs and priorities in order to give personalized service; they give suggestions to keep properties updated and attractive. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy! It’s a great relief knowing they are taking care of all of the headaches with owning property; they also find tenants and provide leasing services. Their prices are very reasonable and it’s a huge load off my shoulders! Although we have sold our rental, when we buy other properties I will contact Tara before the ink has dried to manage our property!”

“Hired Sharp Staging for a luxury flip that had a lot of potential, but some issues with layout oddities. The way Tracy not only addresses those issues, but turned them into a positive instead of a negative worked brilliantly. The amount of foot traffic during the 2 open houses, and the overwhelming amount of compliments, and quick market time let me know I hired the right company. also, prices were very reasonable and fair.”

“Lauren was the essential partner required for us to find the right home in this incredibly competitive market. Throughout the process, Lauren’s communication was fantastic. It is difficult to describe just how hot this market is, with homes actually selling prior to the sign going in the ground. Lauren helped shepherd us through multiple bids and bidding ware.
