“I ordered two custom security screen doors for my Tucson, AZ home and every step of the process with them was amazing. First call to, sales call to the installation and the product. They were installed in December and they look and work beautifully. I highly recommend this company.”
Southwest Door and Sash Inc.
Door Companies in Phoenix, AZ
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars9 August 2021
“Southwest Door Did a very good job, that was detailed out in every aspect, I’ve yet to see something I would have them do over. I’ve worked in the trades for 50 years, only reason I didn’t do it myself is time frame, and having other stick in the fire, picking my battles at this age! Great job!”
First Option Design Build
Door Companies in Phoenix, AZ
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars1 January 2016
“Paul Zimmerman will always be my contractor. Last year, he did a complete demo and remodel in my master bathroom, as well as a 3/4 remodel of my guest bathroom. I didn’t have a clue what to do with my master bathroom shower area and he rattled off several options, each with different variations that would suit my needs. I had had other contractors come in to discuss and give me bids, but none of them had the flexible mind that Paul has, not only with design, but with great money saving ideas. He is also willing to offer his opinions when I ask or when he sees my confusion over what to do. What I had in the master bath was an old shower, probably since 1981, with ugly tiles, impossible to clean, and worst of all, the sliding glass shower door that moved inside a track that easily got filthy and I despised cleaning. My flooring was so plain and ugly, the bugs couldn’t even bear to see it anymore. I also had the same dreary sinks and vanity. My guest bath I was just plain bored of. And I never did like the piping that showed behind the pedestal sink. Again, the drab floor needed a major makeover. Now I have a wonderful tiled wall for the shower. Paul knew just how to lay two rows of decorative tile, between which the large tiles lay in a diagonal pattern; above and below the decorative tile is laid in a straight type of pattern. He also put a little "bench" in the corner. Paul also discovered that he could create an inset for shampoos and soaps, so that is a great use of space. (He really knows how a house is built!) A curtain is not even needed, though I chose to get one anyway. I used the same tile for the flooring. And for the countertop for which I was considering a granite slab, Paul came up with the idea of getting large tiles instead. So my cost went from probably over $1,000 to something like $3.20 for each of 6 tiles. All of my fixtures are now in the oil rubbed bronze that I love, including the shower head which was recommended by Paul. Now in my guest bathroom, I knew I wanted a vessel sink. I looked at so many and found just what I wanted at the place Paul recommended. Found a great vanity, too. I also changed my mirror and lighting to go with my rustic theme. And my flooring says it all with the rustic; I absolutely love the stone. Well as long as I’m remodeling, I figured I’d change out the medicine cabinets and toilets, too. Paul recommended the type of toilet that sits higher than my current one. I love them! And they never fail to come up in comments from my guests!”

Arizona Shower Door
Door Companies in Phoenix, AZ

“I highly recommend Arizona Shower Door. We visited their showroom and were impressed with the different doors on display. The man who helped us choose one was friendly and knowledgeable. A man came out and measured our shower and explained the best way to have the shower door installed, which way it should open, etc. A few days later, another man came out with the new door and installed quickly and left no mess in the bathroom. The door looked fantastic and I was hesitant to use the shower at first because it was so beautiful! (And it still is six months later!). We love our shower door and will definitely go back to Arizona Shower Door when it comes time to replace the door in our second bathroom.”

Sonoran Doors
Door Companies in Phoenix, AZ
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars21 June 2013
“Incredible service from this family owned and operated business. From day one Cheryl and her family treated our new construction as if it was going to be their home. No detail was overlooked. No questions were left unanswered. From helping find a door style that fit the contemporary/modern feel of our home to building the centerpiece of our house, a custom pivot door, it was perfection. We traveled from Tucson to Phoenix to visit their showroom as they came highly recommended by a close friend and I can tell you it was worth 2+ hours in the car to get the results and the service we got from Sonoran Doors. The project stayed on budget, which when doing everything custom is difficult. They helped guide us in ways to save some money in one place so we could use it elsewhere. There was never pressure up-sell us in anyway. It was always about our vision and goals with our custom home. I can not recommend them highly enough. Of all the contractors with whom we worked, Sonoran Doors was the best. Even when the manufacturer of our handsets shipped the wrong latch style, Allison resolved the issue before we even knew it existed! We will be building a guest home in the near future and I can say without hesitation there is no where else we would ever go! Perfection!!”
Signature Iron Doors
Door Companies in Phoenix, AZ
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars6 September 2014
“When I bought my house in November 2013 I really wanted an Iron Door. I went to several local retailers that either supply or manufacture Iron Doors and ended up choosing Signature Iron Doors. I took a picture of the door I wanted into the office, asked if they could make that door (it was not one that they had in their brochure). They did a CAD drawing, came out and measured my opening, we agreed on price and off we went. When it was finished, they delivered it (sight unseen) and installed it and it was perfect. My only issue was that it took about 3 weeks longer than estimated. My friends all comment that it's like walking into a vault because the door is so heavy but flows perfectly once opened. I could not be happier with the finished product. Would I do it again? In a New York minute!”
