“We had a fantastic experience! They were extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. We were looking for a very specific hand-hewn antique beams for our new construction. Raul was very friendly and went above and beyond to provide options and samples for us. The project turned out absolutely gorgeous! We did not want any "finish" on the wood, so he had his team clean them to just the right color, never disturbing their natural patina and checking in with us along the way to be sure we were completely satisfied. I will absolutely use them again on future projects!”

“Mike is incredibly meticulous and detail oriented. I needed custom interior french doors for a very poorly structured opening in my new house. Mike and his crew are top notch and are most concerned with getting the job done right. It took a little longer than I had anticipated but it was all worth the wait. I love my new doors and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out! They work much better than the ones in my office that the builder installed. The quote was a little more than I had anticipated but again, I think it was totally worth it in the end. I would recommend Cambridge Doors and Windows to anyone wanting a job well done. The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars is the wait time and sometimes I wasn't informed of delays. Other than that, I had a great experience.”

“Installed a mix of approximately 20 fiberglass and vinyl replacement windows on our two-story home. Straightforward initial sales pitch and spent a significant amount of time explaining the installation process. Minimal hard sell and gimmicks throughout; in fact, encouraged us to spend less in certain aspects (although one of the more expensive companies we interviewed). Answered and re-answered several questions during the decision process, and prepared several estimates based on proposed variations to the order. Always friendly and communicative. Windows arrived within estimated time of delivery. Installation crew was pleasant, careful and apparently thorough. We are satisfied with the end product and more than satisfied with the service provided by Houston Window Experts.”

“Very friendly and will work directly with you to assist in designing your perfect door. The install is done in two stages and I struggled to get the job finished (cosmetic, door was secured), but they didn't take finial payment until it was complete. Durango had to hire another company to redue wood trim around door to make it right I have to say I love it, would do it all over again because the end result is prefect and totally unique to your home.”

“I was looking for someone to put in doors in two large openings in our home that we turned into my office. Looking around, it was really hard to find what we were looking for because the height and width of the spaces were not standard. Enter Ryon with The Door Guys. First, I will say he was SO patient with me. I had so many different ideas and he helped me figure out what would work best. Then he searched and searched to find the right vendors. When I almost died at the price he continued to search until we found the doors here. The total cost of the project was about $5000. He was on time and professional while he was here installing with his assistant. He kept me posted on what was going on and what we could expect from the project. We are having some problems with the doors staying open and closed because of the slope in our ceilings (not his fault, but the builders) but my husband is pretty handy and is working on remedying that. We still have to paint, remove the protective tape and we will be adding decorative trim as well, if I remember I will post a totally finished project picture. Thanks again Ryon, this has been a great experience.”
