I would highly recommend Ger to anyone that is looking for plans drawn up for their forever home. He listens to what you want and incorporates it into the drawing on the house, his professionalism and honestly I have never seen before, and his detail to perfection makes him stands out from the rest. Ger didnt finish the job and was more interested in getting money that completing the job. After he was paid full amount he then ensured me plans were sent but i never received, 3 months later he said they were in outbox and sent but without an apology. Very disappointed with work and had to look elsewhere to get completed.
