“France is absolutely wonderful. I would recommend her anytime. Not only does she has great taste but she is resourcful, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Her recommendations are always tasteful but realistic within the budget that we had set up before. She respects budget which is rare in this field. I undertook major renovations with her. We had planned for the renovations to happen while I was on vacation. She handled all the quotes with the contractor and suppliers. She followed up on delivery of material and was on the site everyday during the renovations, updating me on a daily basis by email while I was away. When I came back, everything was done to perfection! I never experienced the hassles of the renovations. Her contractor is amazing, works very well and very reliable. And France is the perfect project manager. I trusted her completely and would work with her again anytime. I recommended her to all my friends who needed help and they were thrilled with her work. She is just great!!!”

Tracy s'occupe de rencontrer le client vendeur, en prenant notes et photos et par la rédactions d'un rapport précis , permet au vendeur de prendre conseil et d'agir au meilleur de ses intérêts. Cette approche ne suscite pas de malaise ou de confrontation pour un sujet délicat qui est souvent relié aux habitudes de vie d'un client. Ainsi, le travail de Tracy me permet de pouvoir mettre en marché une propriété ayant bon goût et une apparence l'avantageant. “Angela took care of the design and had excellent suggestions for both esthetics and functionality, including lighting. She worked well with my husband and also respected our budget. All the kitchen cabinets, granite counters,and the sink were sourced by her. Everything arrived on schedule and in the right sequence, Angela suggested that we use her installers so that we could have a warranty on the kitchen. This was good advice. My husband has worked in renovations and has seen and participated in quite a few installs and he was extremely impressed with the quality of the installation and attention to detail. After a year all is still looking and functioning great.”

“My husband and I hired In Residence Design after my son did extensive work in his home and both he and his wife were extremely happy with the finished product. I found Patricia in particular, and all of the contractors and support staff she works with extremely professional, respectful and polite in every way. They are always mindful of peoples' budgets and time constraints. No job is too big or too small! The work produced is of excellent quality and Patricia leaves no detail un-attended to. In addition, the client always has input and guidance from Patricia before start-up , and also as the work is in progress so, if need be, minor modifications can always be made so that the finished product is exactly what the client had envisioned. I would not hesitate to use In Residence Design again or to recommend them to friends and family. In fact both my son and I have used In Residence Design twice already and we have been very very satisfied!!!!!!”

“We hired LK projects to design our office and home space. We were quite pleased and satisfied with the work. Leslie has an excellent eye for color and really knows how to pull a room together. I learnt a lot just listening to her. Most importantly she suggests ideas but isn't pushy and leaves the final decision to you. If any issues or problems arise, she is very forthcoming and quick to resolve the issue. We would highly recommend LK projects. Without Leslie we would have been lost. Job well done!”

“I hired Pure Organic Design to renovate my condo apartment. Overall, I was very pleased with the result. The remodeling job on my bathroom was quite stunning. The staircase to my roof terrace was a feat of engineering given the small space that we were working with. I particularly appreciated the care taken in re-installing molding on the ceilings. The rest of the house was also very well done. I found the team leader quite responsive to my concerns and demands. Whenever there were glitches, he proposed fixes and alternative solutions.”

“J'ai engagé D-Cor pour redessiner au complet ma maison qui était de facture très traditionnelle pour la rendre très moderne. Je ne désirais pas d'un design "comme tout le monde". Je voulais un décor distingué et unique. Tout a été décloisonné, de nouvelles ouvertures ont été faites à l'arrière de la maison pour nous permettre d'être encore plus près de la nature, la cuisine a doublé de superficie, un immense cellier a été créé et un escalier suspendu trône maintenant au centre de la maison. Grâce à sa créativité, Daniel, mon designer, a su tirer profit de chaque imprévu et il m'a aussi permis de réaliser ma maison de rêve.”
