Never got back to me after sending a video of house that i wanted painting like he asked. Dont know what painting is like but customer service very bad.

hi Keith how are you,I am terribly sorry that you feel that way, we have a very high volume of clients to get back to at the moment..... It is extremely rare but sometimes the odd lead slips through without me realizing....on top of that we were closed for holidays for a period of two weeks......For this I am deeply deeply sorry, I hope you got the house painted in the end. again very sorry for the trouble it caused you.

Top quality workmanship. There was plenty of work to do as the plaster job was horrific. Completed during the day, came home to find house as i left it. Work carried out like painting ninjas. Whole house painted inside and out.

Getting our downstairs and hall, stairs and landing painted had been on my to-do-list for ages. Finally when I got my act together and Robbie came to give a quote and go through the job, the plan came together. I was delighted with the quality and finish of their work. The Design Decor team came highly recommended by a friend so we were absolutely delighted when the work they did for us was of the highest quality. These guys are true professionals and from the start to completion of our decorating work everything was just perfect. The team were highly skilled and knowledgable and nothing was ever a problem. We had our whole house repainted inside along with some wallpapering. The did wonderful work on our old ceilings and woodwork. Professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. A true find!

I needed to have some decorating done as the house I had just bought was very old fashioned. Robert was recommended to me by a family friend he had done work for before. I highly recommend Robert as he is an expert in his area and is happy to give you professional decorating ideas (if like me you no nothing Jon Snow) that complement each other. The end results that Robert produced was amazing. The work was very tide, done on time and was very affordable.
