Being a single mom and having limited funds, Dayton and David have been very patient and understanding. The installers who have come have been very friendly and done excellent work. Wouldn't go anywhere else to complete my house and looking forward to doing more business with them. Highly, highly recommend Kingston Flooring!!!”

“Adam, David & crew have exceeded our expectations. We were looking to refinish our existing white oak floors, but we didn't know exactly how to achieve the look we wanted. They guided us in offering several sample boards to consider, and ultimately sample finishes on our own floor. We appreciated their patience and true concern that we were satisfied with the final finish, which ended up being a white wash with a matte finish. The result was perfect. We highly recommend Quality Floor Co., and would certainly use them again should the need arise.”

“We had a refinished wood floor in our kitchen/dining area and had water damage that ruined the floor. We weren't sure what direction we wanted to go to replace the floor and were fortunate enough to connect with Nate Brown at Mill Creek. He took time to listen to our concerns and questions and talk us through some of our choices. He then traveled to our home to measure and make more suggestions after seeing our home. We chose a white oak floor and stained a medium brown. The crew that came to install did an excellent job and exhibited true craftsmanship. We could not be happier with the experience and completed project!”

“I had never really heard much about Smith Carpet until our realtor, John Kerley, recommended him. Harold was great. He really seemed to have our best interests as his prime motivator. He guided us towards the best value - not necessarily the lowest or highest price carpet, not necessarily the best or lowest quality -- but the best value for our dollar. The installation was on time and very professional. We had some tile work done at one house and carpet and wood at another. All 3 were completed exceptionally well. Also, I just like Harold. he seems like an honest man and could be my friend someday. I had never met him before we went in his shop, but when we left, I felt like he was a man of character.”

“My wife and I were in the market for a new countertop and backsplash. We shopped all over town and found Northcutts on the web. After visiting with the salesman and store manager, I felt confidant that were giving me the best bang for the buck. Thay had a wide selection of backsplash materials including marble that was more than reasonable in price. The material was ordered, recieved and installed in less than a week. The installer was on time, very professional and did outstanding work. We will be remolding our master bath in the next few months and all of our business for cabinets, countertops, tile install and flooring will go to Northcutts.”

“These guys did wonderful work. I stumbled across their store in Plano while shopping around for laminate flooring. Their install team was very professional and polite. The salesman at the store did what he said he would do and followed up and followed through. This wasn't a huge project but it was completed in 2 days like they said it would be. “2023.10,27 I had porcelain tile installed in place of carpet. The installer’s were very knowledgeable and experienced in the art of laying tile! They were very accepting to any questions that I may have had and showed no signs of being annoyed with them. I am over the moon with the installation of my tiles, they were laid exactly as per my request. My floors are gorgeous!! I might add that the floors around the carpet is ceramic tile! Great job!!”
