About Us

Glendalough Woodcraft is a bespoke cabinetmaking business. We custom design and make hardwood kitchens and furniture out of the best quality kiln dried Irish or imported hardwoods. We cater for all interior cabinetmaking and create pieces to the highest standard, we use the best traditional and modern cabinetmaking techniques, finishes and fittings to ensure our clients purchase the finest furniture possible. We design and make pieces ranging from large kitchens to bedroom, bathroom or any other interior cabinetry.

Dealing with Liam from glendalough woodcraft from start to finish was always a pleasure, nothing was ever to much trouble, we had a basic plan on what we wanted and thru dealing with Liam the basic plan turned into a work of art, with curved presses to a dream island even pull out spice racks, I deal with trades people on a daily basis and know they are not always the tidiest but liam never left a crumb of sawdust in the house, Very well built kitchen and Utility and know it will stand the test of time.

Top quality craftsman, very skilled and capable of delivering beautiful work with tremendous attention to detail. Liam has a very good eye for design and helped us choose the perfect solutions for our home. The fixed and free standing furnishings supplied by Glendalough Woodcraft have transformed our home. Top quality!

Liam's attention to detail and finish quality is second to none. Liam designed and built my shaker style kitchen and over the last 3 years every one who visits our house has remarked on how stunning it is. I am delighted with the workmanship and flow of the kitchen - its both practical and beautiful. Liam also made a bespoke king size bed for us - this time to my specification and both my other half and I love our bed!!! Liam normally works around Wicklow/Dublin and the east coast of Ireland...but if anyone is willing to travel to the south coast I am happy to show my kitchen.

As an interior designer and project manager I need to have great tradespeople who are highly skilled and know their craft . Liam from Glendalough woodcraft is one of these people . He delivers every time in quality and professionalism . Liam is a lovely mannerly guy to work with and is always so grateful for the work that is put his way it makes a refreshing change from some tradespeople. I would have no hesitation what so ever in reccommending Liam to do any work from bespoke kitchens to wardrobs or vanity units.
