They had excellent ideas and with their expertise were able to guide me thru and create an old style cabin in the woods. “My house was destroyed by a fire on September 19, 1999. I found that this being a family owned business was rewarding. They new me by my name whenever I came in the store. I found everyone to be very professional and helpful. Especially Mike Winter. He had been there for over 20 years, and there was a question he could not answer. He was very patient and made my experience of rebuilding my home a positive experience. Ted Dedmon and the lady in the paint area were so helpful. This Company has a track record of excellence I was always greeted at the door. And unlike some other experiences where I found employees running away from me, they were always there to help.. If I had to exchange something like the paint being to bright. I took it back and we picked out a perfect color that they remixed at no additional charge. With the disaster and difficult time I was going thru it was often I did not know what I wanted or needed. Their trained professionals were always there to add suggestions, illustrate, and with a sense of humor and a smile when I came in. This made my transition much easier to move forward. I do have to commend Mike Winter on his dedication, wisdom ,knowledge and 20 years experience. Thank you to everyone there.”
