Absolute gutted with Tile Merchant, we bought their most expensive artificial grass from them. The Powerscourt grass and when our Landscaper was rolling it out there were rips/ holes in the grass the size of telephone directories. We contacted Tile Merchant and spoke to Ryan who advised there is nothing they can do we will have to wait 2 months for new grass. Our Garden is in a complete mess. We have asked Tile Merchant to use their influence to try and source the grass from a different supplier and they refused to help. They said we can just take our money. We are now left with a muddy Garden, we have 3 small children who have been confined to a house during covid19 and we are at our wits end. We are begging Tile Merchant to offer some sort of customer service and help us. Or if there is another supplier who are prepared to offer us 40 mm grass for the same price. I cannot believe the customer service we have received. This is no a case of being a keyboard warrior, I was calm on the phone and nice to them but I got absolute no where with them. My Landscaper who uses this crowd all the time is completely shocked with the service we are getting. They have my number and they can contact to try and resolve this matter.

Just moved into a new house, needed some Scotia to finish the floors but couldn't find the colour I needed anywhere. Eventually found this website and got the colour required for a fraction of the cost compared to other stores. Shipping was quick too and all wrapped carefully. Highly recommend and will be back again.

I'm starting a home renovation shortly in North county Dublin and am looking for flooring in keeping with the old world nature of my rather delapidated cottage. So upon the recommendation of a friend I dropped in to seek advice and see what range was on offer. I was impressed at the level of attention I was given by a friendly and polite staff member- Brian... and the overall customer friendly layout of the store. Prices are reasonable too and the proximity to the m50 makes it certain that my North/South commute isn't an obstacle to me returning when I start the project in April.

We completed a building project last year and bought all of our stone tiles adhesives, timber flooring and outdoor granite paving from Stone Merchants. We always dealt with Aisling O Reilly. Aisling went out of her way to advise us and to guide us through the whole process of choosing what would best suit our home. She is very talented and knows so much about design and colour schemes and we consulted her on many aspects of our project from a very early stage in the planning and building process. We trusted her judgement on matching colours and materials in different rooms and she was always right, she just has a natural flair for interior design and that mixed with her professionalism and eagerness to help us made our building project go much more smoothly. Aisling went out of her way to help us from start to finish and we could always call on her, she is a pleasure to deal with. We would thoroughly recommend Stone Merchants and their products. All the very best with the lovely new showroom, Annette & Gerry, Churchtown.

I have just renovated my house and found this company to be excellent. THey have a great showroom in Ballymount. I dealt with Aisling there who was very knowledgeable and gave me some great ideas. Very convenient as I got all my tiles, wood and bathroom ware from the one place and the prices were cheaper than anywhere else. Would recommend.

Aisling in Tile Merchant helped me every step of the way in redesigning my new home. I started with a blank canvas and with the aid of Aisling guiding me through what works where, and more importantly what doesn't... I have got my dream home. From Tile Merchant I got - kitchen countertop, kitchen wall and floor tiles, wood floors for my living space and for my upstairs - I love them all. Finding the right countertop material was fun as I was shown around the Stone Gallery that Tile Merchant have on-site. Its a large indoor warehouse with hundreds of different options. The new showroom that Tile Merchant has is great too. My kitchen floor tile the main tile they have used for their showroom floor. All in all my experience with Tile Merchant was fantastic. It was personal and professional while a fraction of the price of the competitors around Dublin.

Supply of floor and bathroom tiling for four bathrooms and supply and fit of marble counter tops for kitchen and large Island unit. Great customer service and always available to discuss any requirements or queries we had. We cancelled our order with another provider after meeting Aisling in Tile Merchant. High end products at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend a visit to their showrooms.
