We would highly recommend David Manigo of Hausman Architectural Technology to new prospective clients. We recently completed our renovation of a 1950's semi-detached house which David designed. We are extremely happy with our 'new' home. David listened carefully to our requirements, and presented us with a choice of designs which included elements we would never have considered. We now have a spacious, light-filled, modern home which works perfectly for us. David was so positive and encouraging throughout the design process and always at the end of a phone for questions and advice. If we were to initiate a similar project again, we wouldn't consider anybody other than David to design it.

We just moved back into our extended and re-designed home, which David from Hausman Architectural Technology designed for us. We could not be happier with the outcome! David listened to our wishes very carefully and included all of our wishes, requirements and more into the design of our extension and redesign of the existing house. His knowledge and experience of every aspect of the job was invaluable to us. The result is amazing as it is filled with natural light, slick and still practical for family life.

We recently completed a single storey extension on a traditional 3-bed semi. We looked at doing this for a number of years and engaged with builders ourselves, but in the end following a number of different quotes and opinions, we decided to engage with an architect. Following a recommendation from a couple of friends, we contacted David Manigo. David was professional and very approachable from the get-go, as we outlined what we would like and our ideas. He provided sound advice and a couple of design options and also worked to our budget. This went for everything, including guidance on finishings. There were no surprises and he was very patient when dealing with the builders and any changes made. We would higly recommend David and the service he provides - top notch service from the first sod being turned to the last snag being completed.

David Manigo was our architect for a major and tricky renovation incorporating a granny flat. He had been recommended to me by a work colleague who had used his services previously. The design was great and the amount of space achieved in an ordinary semi detached house and the way that space has been used, has been much remarked on by everyone who has seen it. He is a very positive person and his positivity was invaluable over the build, during any issues encountered. Renovations are stressful but ours would have been much more stressful without the professionalism of David and the building team. He dealt brilliantly with the builder- with whom he had worked previously and was able to assure us that the builder would do a great job - which he did. David brought us to see a similar project he had worked on previously and was great at dealing with all the "personalities" involved. We got in to the house the week before Christmas and I never doubted that David and the team would ensure this happened! I would wholeheartedly recommend David for any renovation or extension project.

David came out to our house and measured it up and took photos and began planning our renovations. We had a long sitting room dining room and a small kitchen. David came back with six different plans for making the best use of our space. His plans were so unique and clever. We loved all of the ideas but the one we chose worked best for our family situation. He came to a number of meetings with us in our home to help work through each of the plans. He drew up a plan to close off the sitting room as a single room and then moved the kitchen into where the dining room was and made a den where the old kitchen was. The kitchen and den is all open plan. He put so many different clever storage places in each of the rooms and made use of every corner in the rooms. He sent the plans to a number of kitchen shops who then drew up various plans for our kitchen. He then sent a number of builders out to price the job. The builder we went with was absolutely amazing and David Came to check on the job while it was being donee David was amazing at discussing every stage of the work, making small changes as he saw fit. I can not recommend David enough, our house is absolutely amazing now.

We hired David following a recommendation from my best friend who has worked professionally with David for many years. She assured us he was the best person for the job and she was absolutely right. David was professional and patient with us through all stages of our extension. David Manigo was recommended by a neighbour and he exceeded all our expectations. He came up with a brilliant design which maximizes the small space we had to extend. We completely gutted the old house and moved the stairs and some walls and extended to the side 2 stories and 1 story to the back. The light and feeling of space is more then we could have hoped for. His enthusiasm throughout the project was contagious and he was always available and happy to take our calls or call out when needed. He was unbelievably easy to work with and had contacts that were always reliable. I couldn't recommend him enough.

David from Hausman is a personal friend who I have known all my life. Naturally it made sense to approach him when I started thinking about building an extension to the back of our house and converting our attic. We had an idea how we wanted the extension to look but it wasn't straight forward and it required a lot of technical expertise. It was incredible to see David 'go to work' on the design and understand absolutely everything about our wishes & requirements. David was able to advise us on how some of the elements that we wanted could be tweaked to improve the design and it was clear that his extensive experience was invaluable. When we agreed on the size and design of the extension we faced a tricky planning application for the whole project. Once again, David's intricate knowledge of planning rules and regulations gave us huge confidence that our wishes could become a reality. We weren't disappointed. David was then also able to recommend a building contractor who he uses and an engineer and it made so much sense to move forward with this recommendation. As with any build, slight adjustments had to be made along the way. But, because of their working relationship, these were agreed very rapidly and allowed the whole project to keep moving. When it came to finishes, inside and out, there were a few occasions where we, as a couple, could not come up with a solution we were happy with. Again, David came to the fore with fantastic ideas and solutions and even photos of where they had already been applied which really helped sell the solution to us. I would highly recommend David and Hausman to anyone looking to improve their living space. His ideas have given us a whole new living area and his attention to detail and recommendations throughout the whole process meant that we had an extremely smooth experience from start to finish. We absolutely love our home now

We hired David in 2016 to do an extension on a three bed semidetached house.He designed a flat roof extension with high ceiling.all glass back wall with sliding doors & large roof light.With David’s expertises & ideas we had a design that exceeded our expectations.I found David to be extremely professional,easy to work with & would highly recommend him.

We had a dormer bungalow which we wanted to renovate to allow for 3 bed rooms upstairs and a kitchen dinning renovation.
