“People say that building a house is one of the most stressful things you can do and they were not wrong. We 'survived' our house build and now we can safely say that Emmett and Fingal Planning consultants was one of the very few people that gave us consistent and sound advice/service. Our build was very complicated due to many factors, but chiefly the type of the house, a low-energy "passive house"-style, the location and having several contractors involved posed the greatest challenges. Emmett guided us through the process in his trademark no-nonsense approach and we were very lucky to have him when trying to manage all the stakeholders that a build inevitably has, like authorities, contractors, neighbours and so on.
