She listened patiently to our needs and picked up on features we were interested in developing and adding her own wonderfully creative input, she designed for us, a beautifully proportioned, light filled home, with many stunning features. She is client-centred, easy to work with, accessible, with a helpful eye on budgetary considerations. She is ably assisted by her architectural technician, Anna, who also takes the client through the detailed specifications of Edel’s plans. “We used 3DC for a large renovation and extension project in Cork and we found them to be very good to deal with. They really took time to understand what we wanted and helped us to understand issues we had with our current layout that we didn't even realise we had; I now understand the importance of a proper functioning utility room! “Chris Ralphs designed and project managed an extensive renovation of our house in Co. Cork last year, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Based on recommendations from friends, we engaged Chris, who brought fresh and innovative ideas to what we had initially considered. By analysing our basic goals for the refurbishment, Chris considered our projected use of the area and the way various changes would lead to increased daylight, improved views, implications for planning with the local council, etc., and came up with something imaginative that has perfectly fulfilled our design goals. Furthermore, in developing a good working relationship with the building contractor and carefully controlling progress along the way, the work came in exactly on budget.”
