    “David Moran is thoroughly professional and will only advise you in an honest transparent way. I found this architect to be highly knowledgeable and he takes whatever time is needed to explain things to me, the client. He never rushed me and that meant I always had time to ask as many questions as needed. He is reliable and trustworthy. He has not only helped me but also 2 other friends of mine who were needing the same work done as me.     “Peter designed a new kitchen extension on our Victorian House in Dublin 8 in 2016. We found Peter to be an excellent listener to our needs as we had a tight budget. The design that Peter came up was fantastic as it gave us so much light, a bigger back yard, along with making the house feel more complete. Peter did the full set of drawings for the builder and did several site visits and made any mods that we needed as the build went on. We are a family with 3 kids and the difference the extension has made to how the house looks and feels is astonishing. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone who is considering work to their house. Thank you Peter.”

    “I took proud ownership of my new extension to my house this morning and would like to thank JEA for putting up with all my questions and changes I made throughout the project. Their patience and service is top quality and the finished product far exceeds my original ideas. I would thoroughly recommend them for any project or new build you have in mind as their expertise and knowledge is second to none and they have great contacts in the building trade. If I ever decide to build a new build or extend again onto my current house I will be using these guys.”

    “We wanted to make more space in our house and make the space we had more liveable in. Although our house was quite traditional we wanted to modernise it too. We also wanted help with designing the outdoor space. David was really creative and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. He had great practical advice in relation to the kitchen and dealt effectively with any build or installation issues that arose. We had not used an architect before but found David's input to be invaluable. I would highly recommend David Cullen for his thoroughness, attention to detail, creativity and fantastastic, practical design ideas.”

    “We had the pleasure in working with McNevin Design on two separate projects - our current home and previous home. On both occasions we extended and renovated the entire house; and on both occasions we could not have been happier with the end result. From initial consultation to completion of the project, each stage was as seamless as possible. McNevin Design took all our requirements on board and we could not have been more impressed by the plans that were designed and the final outcome.”

    “We worked with Josh to design and project manage an extension to our 1930s house in Dublin 7. It included demolishing our old kitchen and lean-to sheds, and building a new kitchen/dining room with a downstairs bathroom / utility room. Beforehand we visited several clients in the local area who had positive experiences with House Architects. The pricing structure was very clear. Josh was a pleasure to work with, and unflappable, which is always very reassuring. Once we had designs we were happy with, he worked to put the project out to tender and managed the relationship and the payments to the builder. This was the most valuable aspect for us. Particularly towards the end of the project, there were probably issues where we would have let the builder cut corners, but it was great to have Josh there to hold the line and ensure the project was completed to specification. We've been living with our extension for 18 months now and we're delighted with it - it's transformed the way we use the house and the garden.”
