“Tasked with the complete renovation of a large seaside 1960s holiday property, and with no prior experience of property renovation I found myself in need of expert advice. We 'survived' our house build and now we can safely say that Emmett and Fingal Planning consultants was one of the very few people that gave us consistent and sound advice/service. Our build was very complicated due to many factors, but chiefly the type of the house, a low-energy "passive house"-style, the location and having several contractors involved posed the greatest challenges.
