We worked with CPR in 2018 to completely renovate our 1960s Dublin home to modern standards, while extending to add an additional bedroom, dining room, office, bathroom and utility room. With limited space available and a demanding brief, CPR designed a plan which allowed our house to function as a family home for small kids, plus a working space for two adults who worked from home. The plan and build were extremely technical due to a small back yard which reduced the ability for a traditional extension. The services provided included: * Full drawings and costings * Planning submission * Tender and builder recommendations * Project management - including regular, managed, site meetings and budget reviews * Design advice The detailed planning and management of the project / builders ensured that the build completed on schedules and within the agreed budget.

They were very professional, listened to our requirements and incorporated these into the build. They stayed on track for timing and the budget was closely monitored. CPR Architects helped us with an extension to our existing semi detached house. It was a two story extension which required planning permission that was approved first time with no conditions attached. We are delighted with the design they came up with. The shape of the downstairs was something we never would have thought of. They were a really professional company to work for. Met all deadlines and provided us with lots of advice and support throughout the process. Also extremely patient when we kept changing our minds on certain things! They did the initial plans, submitted the planning application, managed the builder, enlisted professionals to restore the original period details and advised on all the interior decoration.
