Paul O Brien/Chora showed exceptional skills when adding two extensions and redesigning part of my house. Paul has a natural talent for coming up with solutions to many non architectural as well as architectural issues. His artistic flair is combined with my own ideas to produce a homely, very modern, colorful, unique design for my place. My house is a detached one in a quiet corner of a housing estate. The house is wheelchair accessible, without being too practical looking. A bedroom and accessible shower room/toilet were added to one side of the house and a garden room was added to the other side. The kitchen, utility room, hallway were redesigned. Works were confined to the ground floor. I was given a number of choices of design before deciding on one plan. The chosen plan was altered a number of times prior to planning permission and before ground works began. This was all carried out with amazing patience from Paul 0'Brien. Paul made sure that we gave ourselves plenty of time for planning the project and for any changes, as well as waiting for planning permission. In summary my home now has a 'wow factor '.

Norma C. . Paul at Chora Design studio designed a downstairs shower room and kitchen extension for me. The work was carried out promptly and effiecently. The shower room is now a very functional space and the kitchen is bright and spacious. Delighted with the result. Paul had very creative ideas particularly where the shower room was concerned ,I could not have envisaged a shower room in that particular space . Delighted with the result.

Without doubt we are delighted to be working with Paul O'Brien from Chora Design Studio.Starting out we weren't sure what we wanted but Paul was able to create a workable space for us to enjoy.We asked for light,insulation and storage on a budget but we got way more for our buck.Working with Paul is very easy as he's very approachable and very professional.
