“We met a few architects and Adrian was the one we warmed to the most. We hit a number of objections with the planners but 6 amended drawings later and Adrian’s patience we got planning permission. Our development is just coming to an end and we are delighted with the results. Now for the hard work, decorating choosing furnishings etc! He was prompt and efficient, indeed he visited the property within a day of me contacting him and had all the plans drawn up within a couple of days. “We needed more space, especially in the kitchen area but also wanted to keep a separate dining room. We had no idea how to make this work and left this brief with Ian to come up with a design. We had several meetings with him to discuss his proposals and the fact that he had made scale models to help us understand the new layout and how it would look on our 1930,s house helped tremendously. We now have a large modern kitchen with garden room which makes the most of a view . The modern design sits remarkably well with our older house. We get many "Wows" from visitors. The overall design has completely changed the way we use our house.”
