“I contacted Anthony Parker through Houzz. From the very first phone call I found Anthony to be totally professional and courteous. He visited our site at Gorokan and discussed the many options available to us. Our project was a dual occupancy with a 2 lot subdivision. Anthony produced his first concept designs and we met several times to discuss alternatives and different options. We are now nearing completion of the project ( first one complete and occupied) and could not be more pleased with the relationship that has been developed between ourselves and Parker & Associates. The process was particularly smooth from concept to DA and CC approval. I have since recommended Anthony and his team to several associates and will continue to do so. We will definitively use Parker & Associates on future projects.”

“Distinct Building Design (DBD) were one of two companies we contacted to design our new home. We selected them on the basis that they fully understood our requirements for a two-storey, 3-bedroom home which left plenty of room for a back garden. They submitted an initial design which, by and large, is the home we ended up with. The other company, for whatever reason, couldn't/wouldn't do this, insisting on 4 bedrooms, with bedrooms on the ground floor and living upstairs. DBD recommended bathroom and kitchen designers as well as suppliers of tiles and all other hardware as the build progressed. They were very pro-active, with the design, during the construction period. The result was a wonderful home that we are extremely pleased with and would be happy to recommend DBD to other prospective users.”

Jay earned the right to do our design work after a basic tender process where we received proposals from 3 designers/draftsman. What struck us immediately was Jay's manner and disposition. He handled his first meeting with professionalism and care and demonstrated a keen willingness to listen carefully to what we wanted out of our design. The journey we have been on together is now at DA stage and we could not be happier. Jay has quickly worked through all variations and iterations of what we needed to see on paper so that we could consider all options. “Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required. His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine. I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”

“We found Craig Blencowe through recommendations on social media when we were searching for a draftsman for our new home extension. From very first contact, Craig was incredible. Very knowledgeable, was happy to make suggestions for design, extremely thorough and did very well to put our minds at ease during a stressful and new venture for us.
