“We engaged the services of Shannon Fickling to design our house. Our lot had limited space to site a house and her knowledge of the topo and surroundings was exceptional. Our house was designed to be built in two stages and needed to look like it had been built as one unit. The first phase was built and we were able to move in while the second phase was being built. It all fitted together and the"flow" inside and outside is unnoticeable. Everyone that visits our home is very complimentary on the design. Shannon was very professional in the meetings my wife and I had during the design and during construction when we had questions or wanted to make changes. Shannon met with hvac contractor to make sure the systems would work together with the two phases of the construction and all duct work matched. I was general contractor and her knowledge of construction was a big plus. We had full confidence that what she designed was exactly what we wanted the finished product to be.”
