He drew plans to change the kitchen to a foyer, add a new kitchen, bathroom, and change a utility closet to a laundry area which also houses the on demand water heater and pump. He also designed a large deck lakeside and a covered porch on the roadside. He included central heating and air conditioning. His complete and detailed plans allowed us to be the general contractors.
