Architects in Fletcher, NC
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars18 July 2017
“I have built seven houses for various reasons over the years and am happy to report that my experience with Grant and Grant was the most enjoyable I have had. We converted a garage into a guest house and I now spend 99% of my time in the guest house! Those guys are first class in every department. They listen, they communicate, and they meet deadlines. I would use them again in a minute. CF”
Beauregard Residential Design
Architects in Fletcher, NC
Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars24 November 2014
“We couldn't possibly be happier with our experience with Mr. Beauregard. Our house isn't yet finished, but to this point everything has gone precisely according to the plans and our builder has also expressed his elation at how easy the transition from page to reality has been. Highly recommended.”
TAB ASSOCIATES INC

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars7 November 2012
“TAB AND ASSOCIATES served as the architect on a large 10,000 SF home I served as General Contractor on. He and his firm were excellent to work with and supplied a superb set of working drawings from which we built the home. He also served as the Owners Rep for the project, and did a splendid job of cooridinating all members of the build team(Engineers, contractors, owner, etc.) to complete a difficult project on time and on budget. We completed the project with very few problems and with a very satisfied owner.”

“We have worked with Wayland on several projects and found him to be outstanding in all phases of construction. Wayland and his associates are very responsive and knowledgeable. We believe the key to being a great Architect, is being a great communicator and listener. Wayland has mastered that skill.”
Prudhomme Design & Interiors

“The best part of building a house was working with Tiffany of Prudhomme Design and Interiors. She made the process so enjoyable and her knowledge of space and color is incomparable. The benefit of using Prudhomme Design and Interiors is that not only do you get the best architectural design but I love that Tiffany was also our decorator. Our furnishing are incredible, even after 8 years living in our home. I highly recommend using this company. I couldn't have been happier.”
Bowden Environments, LLC

“I have a mountain home with a multi level metal roof and a large wraparound deck. I wanted to screen in a significant part of the deck to create a space with a tongue and groove wood ceiling covered by a metal roof that would blend into our existing structure. Two highly recommended screening companies turned us down stating there were too many roof angles to accomplish the job with any quality result. After some research I hired Kirk Bowden, architect and owner of Bowden Environments LLC. Kirk is a talented professional. He took his time, paid close attention to our needs and goals and was a pleasure to work with. Kirk created a design that would give us the functional space we desired while making sure it would blend in with the current structure to look as if it was built with the original home. Kirk also recommended the right contractor he knew would get the job done correctly. He recommended Adam Spencer of Lifesize dwellings. The architectural drawings were completed and Adam excepted the challenge. The end result far exceeded our expectations. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to work with Kirk Bowden and I highly recommend him for any of your architectural needs Karen Matluck MD”

“After buying the magazine we selected a home called the Holly Grove that fits perfectly on our narrow 50 ft lot on Lake Huron. Since the main purpose of living on the lake is the view, the "shotgun" style home lets us see from front to back without blocking our view. We chose a builder from the Nothern region and using Houzz I have been able to come up with many ways to make use of my new smaller home. After seeing the kit to add to doors to make them slide by Anderson, we decided to add that to.our glass doors dividing the living and dining room. We have so many more ideas from the Houzz app and thanks to the architect from Southern Living we will have the home we want.”
Hurt Architecture & Planning

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars19 November 2014
“We worked with Maury Hurt of Hurt Architecture to convert a 1929 flat roof spanish style stucco home into an arts and craft style home consistent with the homes in the neighborhood where we live. Maury exceeded every expectation in the area of planning, consulting with the contractor, and keeping us informed of any and all issues that arose during the 9 month renovation process.”
Retro+Fit Design L.L.C.

“Our company worked with Retro+Fit Design on an Arts & Craft custom home in 2010. It was a great experience working with this company. They design not only a beautiful home, but an incredibly functional one as well. Jason Weil was able to design an almost 4,000 square foot home on a very challenging small lot. I would highly recommend him, and look forward to working with him in the future. Richard King Brookstone Builders Inc.”

“My husband and I were very fortunate to have Robert Griffin, President of Griffin Architects, PA and Fireside Antiques, Asheville, NC provide us with a home makeover. Mr. Griffin is a well known and respected Asheville architect and designer, very knowledgeable and capable. He is experienced with both multi-million dollar homes and modest homes such as ours. One of the many things that impressed us was Mr. griffin's gracious attitude. Our home was shown the same attention and care as would be given a much larger project. He was consistently respectful and considerate, taking into account our personalities, lifestyle and the pets who share (and sometimes rule!) our home. Our house is eleven years old, and I could never get the interior "right". I knew we needed a lot of help. I had no idea how to bring my vision to life, or even what my vision was. We only had one piece of furniture, bought eleven years ago, that I still liked. I showed Mr. Griffin that piece and said that I wanted the rest of the house to have that modern look and feel. I knew there was a vibe I wanted our home to have but couldn't put in words and certainly had not a clue how to achieve. He nailed it! Working with us every step of the way, he brought my very cloudy vision to life, and on budget, in a timely fashion. Griffin Architects designed a personalized cabinet for TV and my husband's pottery. (He is a potter.) Mr. Griffin was able to see specifically what we needed for TV and pottery, along with a very striking area rug, furniture and art, all designed for our home. And designed with us; we always felt part of the project, our needs always top priority. Fireside Antiques designed beautiful draperies and other soft goods. Almost as important, this creative designer managed to make the project fun! We can honestly say it really was a fun project with a great outcome. We could not be more pleased. Pics are included. One is the before. Think you can tell which one it is! Ann Dice Hendersonville, NC”
