“Stephen Beili, and the interns working with him at the time -- Aaron and Calder Wilson, did an extraordinary job of designing the remodel of my 1908 two story Foursquare home in Asheville's Montford Historic District. The building has been badly chopped into two apartments and Stephen, and his team, artfully designed changes to the floor plans that opened the space to ease of movement and light. All work specified was "green" and the end product was, and is, amazing. The home has been turned into a two room B&B and guests repeatedly rave about the "feel" of the house and quality of the remodel.”

“My husband and I have been working with Joan Lombardi on different projects since 2004 to present. She has a background in interior and architectural design. Her eye for color is phenomenal. She designed and chose the color wave for a beautiful area rug in our den. Joan drew up plans for our new bathroom/bedroom suite and also drew renderings of original pieces of furniture for our den and bedroom. She is extremely talented and works within a budget. Joan does an excellent job and a pleasure to work with.”

“We hired WAMO as the architecture firm for our Passive House project. They were great to work with from beginning to end. Our designer, Vahid, was amazing at taking our scattered ideas and putting them into a coherent, beautiful, design. He didn't want to move forward until we were happy, and throughout the project WAMO did an excellent job of balancing our aesthetic desires with our limited budget! Vahid was also great in working with us to find a contractor who could do the quality of work demanded by Passive House within our budget. He clearly explained the trade-offs we were facing between the contractors who bid on our project. He spend a tremendous amount of time in construction supervision. We now have a beautiful, modern, zero net energy "forever home". WAMO gets our thanks and our highest recommendation.”
