“Kaveh was a huge asset for me with a large tear down project in Newport Beach. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly and was done correctly. My contractor also really enjoyed working with him and mentioned that his plans were highly detailed which led to fast approvals from the building department. “Evan designed our house following ideas we had accumulated over several years dreaming and planning out final home. He was extremely easy to work with and greatly improved many of our ideas while designing a residence that flows easily. We wanted a way to display an extensive art collection while still having an open floor plan to encompass the hill country views. The house completely exceeded our vision while at the same time incorporating many green and cost saving features. He listened to our vision and designed a contemporary masterpiece that we will enjoy for years to come.”

“Jim did a great job walking us through the design process and then executed as promised. We had preliminary sketches to review within a week and had preliminary CAD drawings shortly after. Jim also took care of the drawing reviews and permitting process with the city. When he was done all we had to do was select a contractor and we were on our way. We highly recommend using Jim. He is Honest, hard working and in addition to getting us through the permit process, he helped with construction support to address unanticipated issues that came up in the middle of construction. Excellent Architect!”
